"Gorgeous place. Enjoyed a moonlit night with a campfire. There IS a shower (note on VRBO indicates no shower); shower is just not located IN the wagon. Accessibility: Must climb a 3 step ladder to enter wagon so could be a challenge for some. Less than 20 mins to restaurants. Host, Tim was very congenial. Unique experience, would recommend."

"One of the loveliest homes we have ever stayed in through VRBO. The beds and bedding were also the most comfortable - we really enjoyed our stay here after a long day hiking in Capitol Reef! The outdoor propane fire table with comfortable chairs overlooking a beautiful mountain backdrop was a perfect evening hang-out spot. Would love to stay here again when we return!"

"The property was very nice and the service was great, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The listing, the emails, and lit sign out front said the restaurant was open for dinner; it was closed. Evidently that was just as well as my wife described the breakfast next morning with oil soaked soggy hash browns as dreadful, inedible and possibly the worst she's had in fifty years. "
