"Aside from the train and the guests who stayed in adjoining unit, my stay was excellent. The check-in process was easy. It’s a small place but the host has done an excellent job making sure you don’t have to leave for any reason (unless you want to cook). I mean anything that you felt you may need is provided. The communication was excellent also. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The “only” negative thing I could add is there were spider webs near the lower part of the bathroom sink. ...

"This property is completely misrepresented! First off you have to go through someone's gate and yard to access the boat behind their house. The dock and boat is completely surrounded by marsh, you can't see the water. I'm not even sure the boat is in water. "Communication was good, place is not comfortable, 1 hard chair and 2 patio chair to sit on inside. Nothing more. No outside light, if it’s winter bring your own blankets and heater because the place has one sheet and 2 small lap throws, nothing more. 2 towel and 2 face cloths nothing more, no toilet paper so bring your own. Floors, window seals dirty, rodent droppings in shower and on window seals. Every dish was dirty, utensils had food dried on them. And do think you will relax in the bed...

"Family owned and operated rentals, they have several in the area. Was such a cute and cozy little stay. Quiet area very conveniently located to everything you need. Was here for a volleyball tournament so really just needed it for a place to shower and rest and it was perfect for just that! Ran into a few hiccups when we got there but I contacted the host and they responded and corrected it super fast! Super nice and responsive host, will definitely stay in one of their rentals again! "

"Let’s be clear: this is a renovated hotel from another era. It’s not going to be some all amenity modern hotel. Two stories and no elevator, carry your own bags, simplicity. The beds were very good, the room was clean, the doors were secure, and the water pressure was good. The continental breakfast was the cereal, yogurt, and fruit of others. It felt like I was staying in an original Howard Johnson of the 1960s and I appreciated that. "
