"We loved our stay in this vintage cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the grill and the hot tub and both were in good working condition. We also loved the close proximity to town. It was a very short walk and allowed us to avoid downtown parking. I would also like to add that the neighbors where very pleasant and we enjoyed talking to them."

"Fantastic location, very clean, well equipped and accurately advertised. We saw a deer and a red fox and many different birds. I would definitely recommend this property. "

"We had an enjoyable, yet too short of a stay. We liked that we were close to Estes and the activities we planned. I really enjoyed sitting out by the river to watercolor paint in the mornings. We didn't do any meal prep there, but the kitchen seemed nicely appointed.My only recommendation is installing towel hangers in the bathroom. There is a hook on the back of the door, which I used for clothes. It was fairly small for hanging 2 wet towels on. And hanging wet towels on a wood door seems...

"A spectacular view and architecture! plenty of space to spread out. Surrounded by nature yet only blocks away from the center of town. We absolutely loved this place. "

"Location was great. So close to the National park entrance and away from all the huge crowds in Estes Park. Even with the entrance construction on the Falls River park entrance, it was still much easier entering the park."

"We enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin! Probably the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the big picture windows. We watched two spotted fawns sleeping along the fence line. All furnishings were comfortable. Although located in a neighborhood just minutes from town, the large lot and trees made it feel very private. "Beautiful sunrises over valley. Place is vintage but we enjoy that . Lots of deer around. Chipmunk sat on my bare foot when I was having coffee . Was nice experience "

"Owner was extremely friendly and responsive. The downtown shopping district with free parking was only a couple minutes drive. RMNP was only around 10 min drive. Steep driveway to a large parking area that easily held out 3 big SUVs and could have held 1-2 more. The home was rather warm on the hot summer day we arrived. "This is a great cabin in a wonderful location.Very clean with very nice linens.
