Walk into the main living area that features a Smart TV next to a gas fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone surround. The homeowner has provided a selection of board games and a DVD player for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the multi-level private deck. Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air or walk down to the seating area or private hot tub after a long day of outdoor adventure. There is a gas grill on the deck for additional cooking options.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. New appliances added in Fall, 2020. The kitchen also features some household favorites including a drip-coffee maker. The dining table can seat six to ten and there are five additional seats at the breakfast bar. Also on this level is a guest bathroom with a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms have new toilets, installed in Fall, 2020, and are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Just across from the bathroom is the private washer and dryer, and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

The two guest bedrooms include dressers and USB charging stations on the nightstands. There is also a guest bathroom upstairs with a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.

Downstairs is a spacious living area that provides extra space for gathering and sleeping. On one side of the living area, there is a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, while on the other side, you'll find cozy seating around a Smart TV and an Xbox, creating a perfect space for entertainment and relaxation. Additionally, there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa, with sheets and blankets located in a closet. Adjacent to the living area is a large game table that can seat four to six guests. A bathroom with a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower is also located on this level. The spacious walk-in closet offers a vanity area with a sink. The homeowner has even provided a pack 'n play for guest use.
