Rose Crown is a literal jewel in the heart of Frisco. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 3000 sq. ft. cabin-style home is a wonderful place to spend your vacation during any season. In the winter you will be close to world-class ski resorts including Copper Mountain, Keystone and Breckenridge all minutes away! (Copper Mountain is nine miles away. Keystone is 11 miles away. Breckenridge is 11 miles away. Arapahoe Basin is 16 miles away. Vail is 28 miles away. Beaver Creek is 38 miles away.) Located in the exclusive mountain neighborhood, The Reserve at Frisco, you and your group will have easy access to dining, shopping and outdoor experiences. Rose Crown`s open floor plan, large windows and wood finishes create the perfect updated-rustic atmosphere where you will truly feel immersed in the Colorado experience. The living room with fireplace is a cozy spot to unwind for the night with cable TV and a DVD player to keep you entertained. In the downstairs media room you will find a flat screen TV and a wonderful selection of books! In the master you will find a Smart TV, jetted soaking tub and private deck access. Also included in the unit is a washer/dryer for your convenience. Six 2016 mountain bikes (of various sizes) are available for guests to use. Paved bike paths will take you to the town of Dillon (five miles), Copper Mountain (nine miles), and the town of Breckenridge (nine miles). The full kitchen with a center island stove, the deck and hot tub, and the private sauna make this home an easy choice!

Contact-Less entry!We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our properties for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers` guidelines.

In winter or summer, outdoor enthusiasts will revel in the natural world that envelops Frisco, CO. Known as Main Street of the Rockies, its title is well-earned based on its quaint shopping district and central location – less than 30 minutes to four different ski resorts in Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. Frisco, CO, is at the base of three nearby peaks: Mount Royal, Peak 1 and Wichita Mountain. As you approach town, you are treated to expansive views of Lake Dillon and the mountains beyond it — Peak 4, Quandary and more. Motivated hikers and daring bikers will soon find themselves lost in these hills (metaphorically), while those more interested in water-related pursuits will find their schedules full on the 3,233 acres of Dillon reservoir with its many coves and mini-islands.

Frisco, CO, attractions include three prominent community features. First up is Lake Dillon, accessed via the Frisco Bay Marina with boating, stand-up paddle boarding and fishing as highlights. A second town highlight, the Frisco Adventure Park, hosts tubing, skiing for beginners and sleigh rides in winter and trickster-oriented bike and skate parks in summer. Finally, the Frisco Peninsula recreation area and its trail system leads explorers lakeside and through forested areas. In winter, it’s home to the Nordic Center, where cross-country skiers, snowshoers and fat tire bikers enjoy its frozen wonders.

The free bus system (Summit Stage) can take you anywhere in the County including Copper Mountain. The Summit Stage can take you directly to any Ski Resort (Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper) and many other places throughout the County. This is a perfect way to travel throughout town without a car or worrying about parking for a day on the mountain.

Frisco, CO, locals are fantastic hosts, engaged and active in their community and its many annual events from a Mardi Gras pet parade or the annual Barbecue Challenge to holiday-time Wassail Days and snowshoe-race fundraisers. It’s a place where everyone feels like family, supporting the arts, retail, historic sites and its many nonprofit organizations through a well-organized volunteer program. Frisco is also home to the county’s only hospital as well as a handful of local government offices. And if you’re looking for a new companion, the animal shelter cares for fuzzy friends in Frisco.

If you are using too much electricity in the home at one time it may cause the hot tub breaker to fail.
If the hot tub breaker fails the breaker is located in the garage. It is on the same side as the bikes, closest to the garage doors. Breaker #6 and #8, both white. Once you turn the breaker on and off the hot tub will come back on, taking about 4 hours to re-heat if left off too long.

We want you to enjoy your vacation but please remember at all times that this is somebody`s home and we expect you to treat it as if it were your own. No smoking. Please remove shoes and ski boots upon entering the home.

1. Agreement: 5 Diamond Lodging, INC (“5 Diamond Lodging”), the Owner and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result will have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations 61 days or more will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

3. Security Deposit: The signer of this Agreement agrees to Pay 5 Diamond Lodging the full rental price, which includes a security deposit/damage waiver. A security deposit will be collected for all stays in our executive properties, which must be paid separately and in full by Credit Card approval 30 days prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by the signer or anyone in signer’s group will be withheld from your security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after a routine inspection of the property has been made and no damage has been discovered. Agreeing to these terms you alone agree to accept responsibility for full payment of your reservation and the integrity of the property rented.

4. Check In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in times are allowed only when the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy and prior approval through 5 Diamond Lodging is required.

5. Check out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Prior approval by 5 Diamond Lodging is required for a late check-out. Please leave all keys, remote controls and garage door openers (if issued) at the location. A replacement fee will be charged for each lost key, remote control or garage door opener if misplaced.

6. Cleaning: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The rental fee you have paid will provide for a normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation right up to the last moment. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received and follow the checkout checklist at departure.

7. Sleeping Capacity: Guests and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit all fees paid for any of the following: a. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity b. Using the property for any illegal activities including, but not limited to, the possession or consumption of alcohol by persons less than 21 years of age.
c. Causing damage to the premises rented or to any neighboring properties. d. Any other act which interferes with your neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment of their property. e. Guests will obey the HOA rules and regulations and follow quiet hours from 7am-10pm. No parties or events, loud outdoor music or loud voices. If for any reason law enforcement is called
due to disturbances emanating from the property or grounds there will be a minimum of $250 charged to your credit card per incident.

Family of 9 with 5 adults and 4 kids fit wonderfully in this home. Beautiful home in great location for the ski hills. Clean. Comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen for whatever you fancy to make. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful 4 BR house incl 4 bunk beds, big kitchen. Quiet area in centrally located Frisco. Loved the outdoor hottub and indoor sauna and steam shower. House has radiant heat which is nice on your feet.

This is one of the cleanest and most nicely-kept places we have ever stayed! Everything was very warm, in excellent condition and comfortable. All amenities and so many extras were provided. Close proximity to Frisco downtown, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood that was quite enjoyable to stay in. This team was so responsive. Their communication before and during our stay was so complete, we didn't even have to ask any questions. The team found our son's wallet during cleaning and contacted us immediately to send it back to us. Would 100% stay with this team again and at this cozy cabin. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I rented the house for three nights for the family and their spouses to meet, play board games and enjoy cooking and home- cooked meals, followed by daytime outdoor activities. Everything about the house was perfect, and the kitchen was beyond perfect - so well-equipped and a joy to cook in. The house was well-located so that we could take walks in the neighborhood, connect to trails, and walk to Main Street in Frisco. I would love to come back again in the future.

Definitely exceeding our expectations. The kitchen had every imaginable platter/utensil/gadget which made cooking a very pleasant experience. Plenty of room for the kids to explore. Nice neighborhood.

We were two families and a coach. Our athletes (daughters) had plenty of room to hang out and the bunk bed situation was perfect for them. The jacuzzi was a welcome bonus at the end of long training days. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and I could crest Large meals for everyone each night. 10/10 !

The houses' amenities were great. The well stocked kitchen made cooking dinner easy. The hot tub and sauna combo were a huge hit. Easy garage parking to avoid cleaning snow off the car in the morning.

The house was very nice and clean. Everything was as it was advertised on the listing. The only issue we had was that we had (3) families so (3) vehicles to park. No street parking was allowed and the snow piles limited driveway use to one car. The garage was tight for (2) additional vehicles but we made it work. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We would stay here again!

Nice home. Property should include tissues under paper products. Outdoor chairs could use an update. Cushions on chairs are not removable thus rather wet in the AM. Plus they were very well worn & tattered. Used towels to cover seats that were wet. Other than the above recommendations, it was a nice home.

I have to say this management company really cares about their customers and kept good communication under an urgent situation. We were very excited for our family trip to this cabin, it was going to be the first time we could get all our adult kids in the same place, same time in a while. It is a good cabin, plenty of space, jacuzzi, sauna and nice big table for family meals/games and a good size kitchen to cook in. Unfortunately, when we got there, one of the parts to the heating system had broken down. This left us with no hot water and no heat. Hannah & Julie of the management team were very responsive though and did everything they could to find a repairman and the parts needed in the current difficult time of supply chain issues and all during a holiday weekend. They had their local repairman working late into the night to diagnose the issue and try to get the system up and running, but it was going to need a specific plumbing part and plumbers to fix it. When they realized it wasn't going to be able to be fixed right away, the repairman went and bought us 8 space heaters to keep us warm at night which helped immensely as a serious cold front had moved in. Sometimes things go wrong with houses and no one is to blame, but staying on top of it to get problem sorted out and good customer service made all the difference to us. I'm happy to report it is all fixed and working well now. The floor heated cabin is a nice treat. We would definitely come back :)

Really enjoyed our time at this summit county property. Hot tub, sauna is nice after skiing. Kitchen well setup. easy to get stuff in and out through the garage. Electronics/Tv's and sound system are "ok", but could use an upgrade. Bunk bed mattresses are soft/need replacing? Master suite upstairs very nice.
