This updated two-bedroom, one-bathroom, ground-floor condo sleeps four across a king bed and a queen bed. Ideally located, this condo is a short walk to Ten Mile Creek, Frisco Main Street, and the free Summit Stage bus. It is also minutes from the Frisco Bay Marina, and the Frisco Adventure Park. You are never far from the shopping, dining and activities that Frisco has to offer! This unit's central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.

The full-size kitchen offers granite countertops, a coffee maker and coffee, and all the essential cookware + tableware to make a delicious meal. Enjoy your meal at the breakfast bar, which seats four. The living area includes a wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, and comfortable, modern furnishings. Head outside to the patio to soak in the crisp mountain air and enjoy use of the private grill.

The spacious primary bedroom is located down the hall behind the living room and features a king-size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, modern decor, and a rocking chair. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a Smart TV, and a dresser. The shared bathroom is tastefully updated and includes a shower/tub combination, and a bidet. For your convenience, the bathroom is stocked with an initial supply of toiletries.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Access Code Mess
We were sent a code for checkin; however, that code did not work. Had to call property managers to get the correct code. In the middle of our stay the access code changed w/o warning. We were unable to enter the condo after our day of skiing. Called property managers again, they instructed us to try the cleaning crews code, and that didn’t work either. Management was unable to reach the owners, meaning we could not change clothes for our dinner reservations. I messaged the owners and got no response.

Everything seemed to be fine until it was time to get access. 2 lock boxes and a combo touch pad. The access code did not work for any of them. Contacted the phone number provided, they kept providing invalid codes. Neither of the lock lock boxes had a physical key. We were left standing in the cold, it was raining, and we had to use the bathroom. Thry property management company even after saying they would be available until we got in to the unit, left.

Nice Property, by Poor Communications from Summit County Mountain Retreats, the Property Mgt Company
As title suggests, property was fine, but Summit County Mountain Retreats did not communicate well over issues which came up during our stay. The washing machine leaked every time it was used - they were aware of the issue, but did not warn us. The machine's drain line was plugged so water leaked when we used it and when the condo above ran their washer. I asked SCMR to contact the condo residents above to ask them not to run their washer until the problem was fixed, and SMCR did not answer. We had to mop the floor several times of dirty water from the unit above. The instructions for parking were unclear, and imply the spot in front of the unit is available for one car for the unit. This is not the case, as the owner of the adjacent unit parks an large Sprinter type van and takes up two spots. The lighting in the living area of the unit is poor, and one of the two small lamps stopped working during our stay, SCMR was notified, and did not respond. Compounding the poor lighting, the windows in the bedrooms were covered by spider webs and had not been cleaned in a long time. Finally, when booking the unit, SCMR immediately sends a contract which stipulates a cancellation date which earlier than that listed when making the VRBO reservation - they say they will honor the VRBO cancellation date but that is not what the contract they ask you to sign stipulates. I recommend anyone considering booking with them check out their reviews on Google and with the BBB.

Thermostats for baseboard heat was shut off in electrical panel. As directed. We left on and lowered thermostats as low as possible before we left. The front door passcode system was terrible. We had a terrible time getting into the property. Called office they opened the door and reset a new passcode. Seemed to work better after that. The location was great. The front door knob is extremely loose. We brought grilling food. The front patio area was so dirty we passed on grilling.

Filthy unit, bathroom was disgusting!! Urine on wall behind toilet. Outdoor entry way, filthy filled with debris no cushions on outdoor furniture. Screen on windows broken, windows unable to open. Don’t be fooled, pictures are deceptive

Spring Break weekend ski
Had a lovely girls weekend ski getaway. It was a convenient location to so many resorts. The space was cozy for us and the kitchen had everything we needed for making a few meals. Highly recommend!

We had a great 3-night stay here. We skied at Vail and Beaver Creek during the day (30-40 min drive ) and enjoyed the laidback, casual environment of Frisco in the evenings. The property was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location and perfect for a quick girls weekend. Many hikes close by that you can walk to right from the condo, and walk to Main Street in Frisco! Lots of food options on Main Street as well.

Perfection! Our stay here was so nice - the condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to Frisco’s Main St (shopping, restaurants).
