"Janet at front desk was so nice and helpful. Excellent customer service. Room was clean. Beautiful lake Dillon and path to walk down right by hotel which was great. Price for room was very reasonable. "

"I had a micro room. Full bed, some shelves and clothes rack and towels. All clean and comfortable. This is a small room, and that is all I needed. Coed showers/restroom down the hall were clean and worked well. Perfect for what I needed. Bar and outdoor area were great. Would definitely stay again."

"Its a converted house. The showers area is a shared place. We had a room in the what I assume was a garage at some point. The whole place is clean. The host there was awesome. She gave us a tour so we knew where everything was. The only thing I have to complain about is people dunno how to park but that's beyond the control of the establishment. It's a lil ways from the main strip so wouldn't recommend walkin to the strip from here unless u are into that I reckon lol. "

"I didn't like paying for parking, $10, as there was plenty of parking on a Thursday night in September. I didn't like having high cost breakfast. The property is pristine and updated inside and outside. Everything was new and worked well. I like that it was dog-friendly."

"Sue was a wonderful host and super helpful. The room was so well restored I took pictures and showed my friends and told them to stay there sometime which I wouldn't normally do. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and meeting guests at the big table downstairs. A unique and enjoyable experience to be sure "
