Great location
From the time we booked this property, Susie was always prompt in responding to any of our questions. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but within less than a five minute walk to downtown, a children's playground and just a few feet from the bike path and river. The guest book explained how to take the best advantage of this homel. The home itself was very comfortable and inviting. Each bedroom closet had baskets of books for young children, space heaters and extra linens. All the bathrooms and kitchen were well-stocked, which made our stay stress-free. We hope to have a return visit soon!

Great Amenities in a Great Location
This home has great space, everything you need for a comfortable stay, and an unbeatable location! Perfect for walking into town, easy parking and garage if you're headed out skiing/hiking, and also great for a night in.

Beautiful Fall Weekend in Frisco
Loved staying in this cozy home within a few minutes to Main Street. As said in other reviews, the kitchen is well equipped and the trail behind the house lets you have wonderful views of the mountains. The hot tub and sauna on the back deck were an added plus. We would definitely return!

location, location, location
Great spot! We loved sitting on the back deck and listening to Ten Mile Creek and walking today town (less than 5 minutes to the middle of Main Street). House worked well for our family of two teens (upstairs) and parents (downstairs). It felt a bit weird with the owners clothes in the closet.

Amazing mountain home
My family and I stayed at the property over Thanksgiving week. The house was clean and well-stocked. The views of the mountains are prettier than the pictures. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. The garage parking, fireplace in the master bedroom and closet space were all big pluses. The house is just minutes to Main Street by foot and the bike path across the back of the property leads you to so many walking, hiking and biking trails. You cannot beat the location. Can’t wait to come back to the property next year!

Perfect Location & Great Communication
This house was the perfect location for our group. We walked to Main St for shopping, ice cream, and catching the bus to Breckenridge. We walked to the Marina for our boat reservation, and we walked the trail by the beautiful park. At night the hot tub & sauna were a great way to relax. The communication was prompt when we arrived early after a flash flood watch on I-70. Quiet neighborhood at night, so you can definitely rest after a day of being out and about. Thank you!

Terrific home in every way. Super clean, well stocked, and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Everyone had a blast. We had a few blue bird days at Copper then long soaks in the hot tub. Kitchen was fun to cook in. Hope to come back this summer when all the restaurants are fully open!

Wonderful location and property
The pictures don’t do this house justice! It was simply beautiful and so cozy. Truly home away from home. The hot tub and sauna were huge bonuses, as was the walking path behind the property and the short walk over the bridge to Main Street. Owners were super communicative and friendly. Overall amazing trip and highly recommend!

Property was as described, they had everything we needed. The $800 plus fees that are added onto the stay are over the top especially for extra cleaning, that didn't appear any different than any other cleaning I have seen done.

Lovely Stay!
The property was everything we wanted it to be and more. Just wish there was better communication with the POC’s . I could not reach either when we were pressed for time through phone call nor text. Kind of felt like I was left hanging there but other than that, it was a very lovely stay.

Live Like a Local
We have been coming to Frisco for 20+ years because we love the beauty and charm of the town. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with direct access to the town’s walking/cycling path and a very short walk across the creek’s bridge into Main Street. The home’s unique location on the path also provides unobstructed views to the mountains. Very friendly owners who communicate well. Simply a lovely stay.

Perfect family getaway
The house had plenty of room for our party of 7, including 4 kids. It was great being just a 5 minute walk to the main street of Frisco but amazingly quiet on the back porch. The kitchen was so stocked and the owner communication was quick. One of our favorite VRBO rentals ever.
