"The property was very nice, but the weather was terrible and we were only there a couple days to see my grandson graduate from boot camp at Parris Island so we weren’t there much if the time. Fripp Island is beautiful!"

"We chose this property for the location - water views are stunning at sunrise and sunset. We booked the hot tub balcony, and could se that unit next door, but ours didn't include a hot tub off the master/only bedroom upstairs. Wish we had the info about the cruises earlier - we missed the shelling cruise and there were no other options during our stay. But the community amenities were lovely, and the proximity to Savannah perfect. "

"This was our second time staying in this wonderful home. The house is perfect for our family and Sarah is very responsive to all questions. We highly recommend and will definitely return! "

"Enjoyed our stay. The view was very nice unfortunately the bushes next door blocked the view. Not very considerate of the neighbors. We enjoyed the upstairs view but furniture on that deck needs an upgrade. Everything else was great. "

"Myself and seven widows stated here for four nights. The property was lovely, open living room, spacious kitchen with coffee bar and not one but two refrigerators. The back porch is steps from the ocean with a spectacular view. Communication with owners was easy with cery speedy responses. Coming back in a year to do it again but for a week!"

"This location and particularly the balcony view, exceeded my expectations! There were great touches, including updated fixtures and decor, new bedding, and linens, plenty of towels and comfortable sheets. When we arrived, the place was impeccably clean, and that is saying some thing from me. The patio furniture on the balcony was perfect, so that the spectacular view could be taken advantage of. I have pictures of groups of dolphins that I took directly from the balcony. This was an awesome...

"Been coming to Fripp 20+ years. Now that my family is grown, married with a grandchild, it was even better. House was well supplied with the basics and everything worked well. We brought our own chairs and beach items so didn’t use the beach items provided but they included chairs, umbrella and toys. House was very comfortable for 5 adults and one child. Air conditioner was nice and cold and there were also fans. Will rent again"

"Immaculate home with a great beachfront location. Sunsets from the back porch were beautiful. The home had plenty of room for our 4 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. All around a great house! Communication with the property manager was excellent. "
