"The advertisement of this efficiency room is way overboard, because the room is smaller than most hotel rooms and the "professional decorations" are comparable to Big Lots items. The bed is very uncomfortable. There is no view. Yes, the pool is on the other side of a big wood fence, but this is JUST a place to sleep and immediately get out of the room here. We very much enjoyed the island, but we would never stay in this tiny room again."

"This is a perfect place to stay. So much wildlife to watch from the deck and the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the ocean. The home was clean and updated. We had the perfect host, we ended up having a flat tire on the their golf cart and the host replied right away and within 20 min we had a loaner dropped off to us. Great place to stay!! "

"This is a beautiful house. It comes well equipped with all the essentials as well as some extras that we didn't anticipate because they weren't in the listing. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed using the bikes. We have rented houses many times at Fripp and this is the first house that included bikes for everyone. "Very clean, great location and size for the 8 of us. Property management was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Photos don’t do it justice. The layout was perfect for our family. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach, but a straight one. We would definitely stay here again!"
