You can be right in the action when staying at the Midtown Lofts, above the old Midtown Sports on Main Street. This beautiful historic building has been upgraded with modern finishes making it the perfect place to call home while you're in town. Free street and parking lot parking, free WiFi, and laundry in the unit.
From the back of the Midtown Lofts building, use a personal code to access the foyer, then walk up the stairs to your loft suite! Loft 301 is the first loft on the right at the top of the stairs, overlooking Acequia and the Convention Center. The loft is a studio apartment with an open-concept kitchen/living room, and a comfy pull-out sectional, allowing up to 4 guests. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal, but the variety of award-winning restaurants below will likely have you eating out! Large windows let in plenty of light. The SmartTV comes with complimentary Netflix, or log in to your favorite app to stream your shows. This is a great space for one or two couples, a family of four, or a single person traveling to Visalia for work, visiting the National Parks, or in town for a special event. Located across the street from the Convention Center and within walking distance of Kaweah Health.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment which includes a private washer and dryer in the unit, free Wifi, SmartTV, fresh towels and linens, and a well-stocked kitchen. Parking is first come first served. There is free public parking in the back and free street parking along the front and sides of the building.
Other details to note
The windows have a safety feature allowing you to open them 2 inches. You can bypass this feature, but we strongly recommend against it for safety purposes.
The entrance is behind the building in the alley. You'll see the big Midtown Loft sign.
The loft is located downtown, where it can get noisy, especially during holidays and special events. Parking can also be difficult on holiday weekends and during events held at the Convention Center. There is free parking along the street and in the public parking lot.

Parking:
We suggest parking in the free public parking lot with the mural of Giant Sequoia trees. This will give you easy access to the back door of the building where you'll access the loft. There is a sign on the back of the building that says Midtown Lofts. Enter through the black door by using your personal key code. Once inside, walk up the stairs to the top. The door is on the right, it has the number 302 on it.
Use the parking pass that is located in the unit next to the front door. Please ensure the parking pass is placed back on the hook after checkout. A $200 replacement fee will be charged if the parking pass is misplaced.
