"We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches."

"The house and property were an oasis of serenity and comfort. All descriptions provided were accurate. Waking up to a view of sunlit Long Pond was a great way to start the day. Resting at the shore or on the deck watching the evening sunlight was relaxing beyond mention.There is no mobile signal on the property or its immediate surroundings (which is nice). "Beautiful home and the property manager answered any questions very quickly. Everything went without a hitch. Check-in was flawless, the house was immaculate and extremely comfortable. They left water in the fridge (which we didn’t need), cute little toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathrooms along with combs, shampoo, condition and body wash. "Celebrated my birthday and the 4th of July here and it exceeded expectations. The house had everything imaginable. Loved the extra towels and blankets. There are many local restaurants and icecream places, beaches and a beautiful deck with a grill and fire pit. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to booking again. "Our stay was wonderful, the owners of the house are super attentive, during the time we stayed they kept in touch the whole time. The house is incredible, super clean, has everything you need and best of all, in a few seconds walking you are on the beach. "Upon arriving at Seabrook Inn, the first thing you notice isn’t a warm welcome, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the air, seeping into the hallways and rooms. The promise of a cozy stay vanishes as soon as you open the door to find a stained carpet, dusty furniture, and bed sheets with questionable marks. The bathroom is another nightmare: mold in the corners, thin and rough towels, and a shower that seems to have a mind of its own, switching unpredictably between freezing cold and scalding hot. The overall lack of cleanliness makes guests rethink their stay before even unpacking. In the morning, any hope of a decent breakfast quickly fades. Stale bread, lukewarm coffee, and artificial juice are all that’s on offer. If you expect variety, you’ll be disappointed to find only a tray of dried-out cheese and dubious-looking ham. To top it all off, the noise insulation is practically nonexistent. Hallway chatter, slamming doors, and loud guests make getting a good night’s sleep impossible. At Seabrook Inn, the only thing guaranteed is the urge to leave as soon as possible."
