The Cocoonr agency propose to you to rent, on the commune of Fréhel, this charming flat at 700m of the beach, with swimming pool and sauna (in supplement) within the residence, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accommodate to 7 travelers. Located on the garden level with a view on the 18-hole golf course, it is composed of a nice living room of 23 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two shower rooms and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 50 m² as well as a terrace. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The flat, which faces north-east (sunny from sunrise to around 2pm), is composed as follows :
Day area :
- A 23 m² living room open onto the terrace with TV, sofa bed (double), armchair and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine, toaster and machine raclette...

Night space :
- Bedroom 1 : overlooking the terrace: a double bed (140×190), a dressing room and an adjoining shower room
- Bedroom 2 : a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- A shower room with shower
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A terrace of about 15m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days

Common area :
- A shared garden, not enclosed, facing north-east
- An indoor swimming pool (heated), open all year round except between the All Saints' vacation period and the first 3 weeks of January (opening dates non-contractual, subject to change by the residence). It is accessible during the day and equipped with a protective cover.
- Pool opening hours: 9:30am to 7:45pm daily during school vacations and 9:30am to 6:45pm between vacations
- The sauna in the swimming pool area is available on request and at an additional cost from the reception of the residence

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha, ironing board, an iron, baby bath, toilet seat reducer and baby potty.

The flat is ideally located in Fréhel, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 5 minutes from the beach. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as shops, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the private parking of the residence, numbered place, access by a gate provided with a digicode. You can also park in the public car park at the bottom of the residence

As far as other means of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe, about 30 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard located about 40 min away by car.

- Wi-Fi, washing machine and tumble dryer are available at the residence reception for a fee
- Pets are allowed free of charge in the accommodation
