The property is close enough to a few different points of interest like Dartmouth and Newport, as well as some other areas we werent aware of but found very unique. "We were very happy with the condo we stayed in. It was extremely clean, well equipped, and spacious. Having washer and dryer onsite came in handy. The property itself was very nice as well, clean and clearly well maintained. The view from the room was great, and the close proximity to shops and restaurants made it easy to enjoy the area. Would definitely return in the future for another stay when we are in town. "

"Property was just the right size for our needs. Since it was colder, we couldn't use the lovely outside seating or fire pit. They would have been perfect based on what we saw. It was wonderful looking out the windows at the water and fun to watch the ducks swimming and the seagulls perched on the rocks. "What an amazing little place this was! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem. Right on the water, we enjoyed early morning coffee watching the fish jump and the birds float along the water. We slept up in the loft and the view out the window at sunrise was just breathtaking. "Our stay was accomodating for 1 night. Hotel needed work as far as stairways , hallways, doors entering into the rooms looked pretty worn. Most of our guest were located in out building #3. We were in the main building. We asked if we could change rooms to building 3 and were told no rooms available. We found out though in visiting the other guest there was rooms available and 1 of the guest had issues in there room and had to switch to another room in building 3. "
