"The Host was quick to respond and very accommodating to my groups needs. The place itself was clean and well furnished. That being said the neighborhood is a little far from any grocery or restaurant, but nothing a Lime Scooter can’t fix. A great place to stay in Grand Rapids."

"I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place."

"We were in town for a concert and only stayed a couple of nights but it seemed longer because of this wonderful property. The river is so peaceful and beautiful, we would stay again for sure!"

"The property had everything we needed for having a family get away! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for cooking, the Blackstone was perfect! "The house was very clean. Great fishing off the pier, steps away from the door. Nice elevated patio. Quiet. Easy to access. Short trip to Hastings, which is a pleasant step back in time. Several good restaurants downtown. Plenty of shopping. Walmart close for supplies. Will return."
