The home is centrally located in Seahorse Estates, the most luxurious neighborhood on Follet's Island. This is one of the only beachfront communities in the world with a growing shoreline, enjoy the best of both the beach and the bay lifestyle while you are here with easy direct access and resort style services. We are outside of city limits, and the county does a great job maintaining our beaches.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 8 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. There is an overflow parking lot across the street in our bay amenity area available with prior approval. All vehicles must be registered and display a parking pass on the dash board during the reservation. Please let your guests know not to park in the grass, this home is on a septic tank system.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Seahorse Rentals Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets, bath towels, and beach towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival.

We want to help get your trip off with an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: select spices, paper towels, dishwashing soap, food storage bags, trash bags, toilet paper, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion, make up washcloths and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Seahorse Beach Club & Rentals is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. Quiet Time is from 10pm-7am.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age.

Beautiful house with top notch amenities. Plenty of room inside and out to gather and make memories. Especially loved the cabana and chairs set up on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Annual Beach Trip
This property was great! Plenty of room for our family of 12 ages ranging from 9 to 75 years old. The location was the best. It is beachfront but you could still see the bay. Lots of activities available. We will be returning in the future.

Awesome Weekend Getaway!
We loved our 4 night stay at this beach front home! This was our second time staying here. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The unobstructed views were beautiful! The house provided our family the privacy and space we were searching for in a home. The hosts, John & Jack, in addition to being very responsive, helpful, and accommodating, they were also vigilant about the security and safety of the property. We look forward to returning again!

The Host was always available for us any help we needed he would text back an tell me that our stuff on the beach was ready. The whole stay here communicated every day with us as for my family stay we love this place whoever goes there I want you to know you will enjoy your stay, its very comfortable, clean and a beautiful view of the beach and the sunrise i will come back anytime im in town
