This precious property is a short walk or bike ride to the popular pedestrian beach area. There is also a kayak launch, walking bridge, observation deck and walking trail to Jetty and Jetty Park. The Jetty Park features a walk-over for beach access, great fishing, public restrooms and paved parking. You are also within walking distance of the new City Splash Pad & Butterfly Nature Trail. This is a quiet neighborhood perfect for that as well. If you want to get around the island consider renting or bringing a golf cart. Surfside has very nice golf cart paths that allow you to travel around the island easily. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and large walk-in closet.

Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of solid wood twin bunkbeds.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom off of the kitchen area. All beds have brand new mattresses.

The kitchen has a large bar that seats 5 and a table on the porch that seats 4. We have the yard treated monthly for Mosquitos.

Pet Policy: If you love dogs like us, you are more than welcome to bring 1 dog. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Surfside! 1 Dogs over 25# and under only
