Perfect for couples, friends, or small families, this fully renovated space features two comfy bedrooms (Queen + Double) and one full bathroom. Sleeps 4 guests comfortably.

Located on Saunders Street, you're steps from downtown, great restaurants, markets, and more. Walk or bike everywhere, or enjoy wine and board games after a day of exploring. Close to UNB, the hospital, and Fredericton’s top attractions.

🐶 Pet-Friendly
Bringing your pup? Let us know in advance — well-behaved dogs are welcome! A small pet fee applies. We simply ask you to clean up after your pet so future guests can enjoy the space too.

🪟 Shared Spaces
The romantic enclosed front porch and on-site laundry are shared with one other guest. You’ll still enjoy plenty of privacy, but may occasionally cross paths. It’s a great space to sip a local brew, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind with a good book.

We don’t live on-site, but our local house manager is nearby and ready to help if anything comes up during your stay. Whether you need a quick fix or local recommendations, we’ve got you covered — just send us a message anytime.

🐾 Pet Policy
We love welcoming dogs! Please let us know in advance if you're bringing your pup. We kindly ask that you clean up after them. Excessive shedding, pet waste, or lingering odors may result in an additional cleaning fee of $150.
(Note: Cats are not permitted without approval. A $50 fee applies to undeclared cats.)

🚭 No Smoking
This is a smoke-free space. Any signs of smoking or strong lingering odours will result in a $250 deep cleaning fee.

🕒 Timing & Key Info

Early check-in (if approved the day before): $50

Late checkout (after 11 AM): $50 per half hour

Lost key: $100

Key not returned within 7 days: $300 rekeying fee
