With 1,500 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, this double-wide mobile home can accommodate a family or group. Amazing Stay!
We had the very best time on our girls trip! The house was great! It was well furnished. Anything we thought we might need was already provided. The location was in a beautiful area with amazing views from the back deck. We enjoyed the wildlife - hummingbirds & deer. The drives to Luckenbach and Fredericksburg were quick, and we enjoyed all the activities! This was easily one of our favorite girls trips!

Excellent!!
The property was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. The home was very well furnished and had all of the basic amenities. There were 7 of us and 1 baby and we could not have been more comfortable. We loved the back yard and fire pit. Our last night the yard was filled with fireflies!! It made our trip that much more magical. Thank you for this wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

My wife, her family, and I visited here for the tacos and tequila event. The property had a fantastic country feel with a magnificent view of the hill country. I highly recommend a stay here, and with the Alamo Springs Cafe right down the road we could see ourselves coming back for another visit.

Great getaway
This is the second year that we have stayed here. The home is well taken care of and the scenery is gorgeous. Our kids love sitting down by the fire or swinging on the swing in the yard. Hoping to make this an annual trip!

Perfect getaway
The house was so well taken care of, it was one of the cleanest rental's I have stayed. in. It was so peaceful and quiet. I loved sitting on the deck with my morning coffee and watching the hummingbirds and the deer. The check in was very easy and the checkout process was simple and realistic.

This is exactly what us mothers and wifes needed for a little getaway! Sitting on the back porch listening to the birds, watching the hummingbirds drink in the morning and seeing the lightning bugs at night, so relaxing!!

Property was great we enjoyed the stay and plan to be back the only recommendation I have are Night lights and maybe turning up the hot water heater but other than that there is nothing wrong with that place

The aerator on the master lavatory faucet was stopped up and therefore little water came out. Master shower head is also clogged. other bathroom shower faucet was hard to turn. Also did not like the cameras on front and back entry. That was weird.

Best price and location I've seen yet
This place is sooo beautiful. Just a double wide but the things they have done outdoors (porch, sitting areas, walk ways, fire pit, etc) just set this place apart. The location and drive is amazing. I love it and highly recommend to anyone. A group of 8 of us went and we have zero complaints. The house was immaculately clean and well kept. Highly recommended

Not what we expected
We stayed here for 2 nights / 3 days, Fri - Sun. When arriving on Friday, we found the following issues with the house: - half of the power outlets did not work - there was food left in fridge from previous people (eggs, etc) - drains did not drain properly, especially in spare bathroom - hair ball was found on the wall in master bathroom shower - there were no instructions on where to find anything such as towels, lighters etc. or how to use the fireplace - back porch & yard were OK however there was a little clutter and such We addressed these issues with the property contact, but we got the impression he didn't seem to care very much. Pictures did not give a proper impression. We were very surprised to see that the house is pretty much a doublewide trailer on stilts with a porch.. Walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything from every room. We would not stay here again, especially for the price we paid, it just was not what was expected.

Great Hill Country location
My family and I really enjoyed this property. We thought the views were terrific and the location was convenient to Fredericksburg, Enchanted Rock and Old Tunnel State Park. We also enjoyed Alamo Springs Cafe, which is about a mile away. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Relaxing hideaway with beautiful views
This was a remote property that was 20 minutes from 2 major hill country visits: Fredericksburg, Lukenbach and Comfort. They thought of everything and had fans in each room for light sleepers or just for comfort. Great views off the deck and a beautiful tiered patio with a fire pit!

Beautiful Property
We loved our stay here. The view is better than pictured and we enjoyed every second of it! We spent most of our time on the porch or down by the fire pit. The property is a little far from town, but we didn’t mind that at all as there are two fun dining options close by! We had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend and plan to visit again as soon as possible.

Luckenbach Weekend
My husband's band played at Luckenbach and we were looking for a place to stay just outside of Fredericksburg. This was perfect and the state park as well as the restaurant entering the neighborhood was a nice surprise.
