Please be aware that there is an additional charge of $27/night (before tax) for the 5th person in the party. Keeping this in mind, it is important that, should you initially book a stay for fewer than 5 people and end up adding a 5th person to the trip, that you make us aware of the change.

Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.

Relaxation
This is our fourth stay at the house. We love the location. Quiet and peaceful. This time there was very little firewood for the fire pit and no utensils for the fire place. The refrigerator stopped working the second day. We were leaving the next day. The property manager was going to send someone. Overall not as good as our other three visits. Seemed a little more worn. We still love the location and would most likely stay again when we come in December for the Christmas parade if it is available.

Couples Retreat
Second time at this property. We love it. All good. On the expensive side but we would do it again. I do wish they would allow 6 people to stay so we could share with our family. The property manager discussions have been curt and not much discussion or flexibility. However, the property manager was helpful when we had to change our dates three times. So despite the shortness of communicaition that result was good.

Awesome Property, Excellent Location
This was an awesome little farm property, tons of space, and tons of small little touches that made the stay even better. Super close to everything we wanted to visit while still far out enough to feel like we were in our own little world. Amazing star gazing and beautiful sunsets from the porch.

Had a great time hanging out at the house on the back porch, Fire PIt and strolling along the property. Cooking Breakfast and Dinner was a breeze as you have all the utensils necessary. Perfect for a couple or close friends. House is very clean and well orgainized.

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The home was beautiful as equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting outside the back porch enjoying the beautiful scenery, the migration of monarch butterflies and majestic deer. We loved it!

October Wine Tasting Getaway
The property was conveniently located some of our favorite wineries. The peaceful location was perfect for slowly starting our wine tasting days and winding down in the evening. The pictures show the house off and represent what to expect. Wonderful time.

It is a beautiful ,well equipped and very clean cabin. Situated on a beautiful lot that gives you the calm atmosphere to relax but close enough to all there is to see in the area without spending too much time driving. Wonderful property
We had a lovely time! The house was just as advertised. It was very relaxing and quiet. The only thing we weren't prepared for was that someone was burning brush nearby. But I think it was the neighbors, and one can't control the neighbors. Also, the breeze was going away from the house so it wasn't a big deal, just a little hazy to the right. The house was well stocked with toiletries and even snacks. They left a lot of information to familiarize us with the area. I would definitely come back!!! Thank you.

Great place!
This is a wonderful house! Back porch is by far the best part! Clean and plenty of room for the six of us. My one complaint is the listing shows beds for 6 guests. However, they add on an additional guest fee per person/per night for guest 5 and 6! In addition, you pay for cleaning fee but are asked to strip beds, pile towels, take out all trash and start the dishwasher. Just crazy!

This is, without a doubt, the best rental property EVER. Woke up to drink coffee with pjs, nature and the deer. In the evening we rested and drank wine with pj's, nature and the deer. We will be back!
