"You don’t get to stay at old houses nowadays, and , it’s unique experience for our family as we always opt for new things but I appreciate the stay and the effort of the owner to give that old world experience and the restoration! I say wow, they stay true to the period with modern amenities and convenience of course, definitely recommend to experience."

"Location was perfect- walking distance. Quaint - generally had what needed. Appreciated there was coffee & creamer - thank you! Some dishes in cupboard were dirty, but just put them in the dishwasher. Could have used a broom - we worked to not track anything in. And needed a fly swatter - one floated in through the front door on entry and we kept missing him! Had a great stay. Nice to cook an HEB meal and not eat out!"

"What an adorable house, and it's so close to the action! The house is within walking distance to almost everything, and it has everything you could need: a well-equipped kitchen, wifi, soft beds and fluffy pillows. The back patio is super cute, but we didn't partake due to the chilly weather."

"The property we stayed in is one of a group of cottages that encircle a parking lot off main street with a fenced area for a shared greenspace, pool and hot tub. Geese on the Gibbons is in front of the hot tub, which we used two of the three nights. Perfect for November! It is a very nice oversized king bedroom with a kitchenette and sitting area by the TV. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels. The kitchenette had a few dishes, coffeemaker, microwave and dorm size refrigerator....
