"This was a perfect house for my husband, myself and our 3 adult kids. My daughter is a student in Boulder and it was very convenient to see her as well as visit Denver and the surrounding area. The neighborhood was very quiet with no traffic noise. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together or have some alone time. Very near grocery shopping. Easy drive to the airport. Would be great for families with younger kids too. "

"Rather than battle the downtown Denver hotels, I decided to find a home in Arvada for my business trip. I paid the same amount but got all the luxuries of home. Plus, my better half and our pup could join me. The home was lovely, clean, and just as described. The communications were great and the response time when there was an issue was blazing fast. The hot tub was a great treat after a long day of meetings. We will be back. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Loui and Jessica’s house. The owners were exceptionally caring and responsive, always ready to assist us. The house was filled with fun games that kept our 13-year-old entertained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our dogs loved the perfect yard, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a great experience and would highly recommend this lovely home!"

I only gave a 3 star for the communication with property manager because we never actually spoke. However, it truly wasn’t necessary. We would return to this location without hesitation. "

"I rented this house during my son’s destination wedding in Boulder so my family could stay together. Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, clean and the views are amazing. This house was a short drive to Pearl Street too. The owner Jason was outstanding and very nice to deal with. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very accessible and attentive. Thanks Jason! We hope to come back for ski season! "

"Our stay at the movie manor was great. We had a group of six who had more than enough room. The house was clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient to everything we needed. "My family and I had a wonderful stay here, Julia is a great host and makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. The cleanliness and ambiance are amazing. We will definitely be coming back! "

Best hotel in Westminster!!!

"In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Westminster. I come here every year and every year I love it again. The staff is super nice, especially Derek (front desk) and the cleaning girls and guy, and the hotel has everything you need!!! Gym, pool, restaurant, and a shopping mall/supermarket across the street. I highly recommend it!!!"

"Great cost-benefit. Overall, you receive much more that you pay. Quiet place, and near to the Westminster station (about 20 minutes by train to the Union Station in Denver). The staff was very kind and the room was clean. However, there was a smell of smoke in the room, but if you turn on the AC, it disappears quickly :)"

"Bom hotel , com ótimas comodidades, perto de Denver . Sua manutenção deixa a desejar ( box do banheiro sem vedação na porta do box, exaustor sujo de gordura , microondas com sua parte frontal solta. Café da manhã padrão Americano, sem muitas opções. No passado o café era melhor."
