"The place was serene, very clean, and spacious, def must see IRL to experience in the actual beauty. We had a large gathering over the holiday weekend and the space fully accommodated our group and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Overall everyone had a great time and we all enjoyed being outdoorsy.The host, Sam was responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would stay again when we return to Frazier Park. "

"Five of us, including my three-year-old twin grandchildren, had a delightful two days playing in the snow at Mt. Pinos, just up the road from this comfortable house in Frazier Park. The three bedrooms suited us perfectly, as did the open plan living space."

"The non functioning ait condtioning in a couple of the upstair bedrooms was disappointing. The air conditioning in the main floor area worked well. Otherwise the facility met our needs. It has a spcious kitchen for meal prepations. The gathering areas were spacious, nicely furnishe, and comfortable. The bunk room had comfortable and large sleeping areas."

"Great place to stay except for the “4th” bedroom which is not a bedroom at all. A little alcove in the corner with no wall air unit so it was sooo hot. All the other bedrooms got nice a cool. Other than that, the place was really perfect"

"The cabin is pretty cool if you like rustic (and I do), but it's not ready for VRBO guests. From the outset we ran into problems trying to connect to WiFi, which is particularly important since cell service in this area is severely limited. I was fortunate to have a strong enough signal to contact the property manager, with whom I spent the entire first evening trying to sort out the problem... they eventually gave up and told me they would resolve it the next day. I didn't hear from them...

"Very cute place. For years I’ve always wanted to stay in an airstream and this afforded me that opportunity. It was a very enjoyable experience. There’s a kitchen in the Aistream, but absolutely nothing in the kitchen, except for an electric kettle, sink, fridge, microwave and some tea and coffee bags. No silverware, napkins, cooking utensils, pots, plates, etc. Not anything you would need to be able to make food in or to eat on. No sponge for the sink. That was a huge disappointment because we...

"My partner and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary in this adorable trailer by the stream. It was comfortable and had all the necessities. Its close to Ojai but far enough away for some dark sky star gazing. Keep in mind- this is a trailer! If you are looking for a 5 star resort this is not for you. That being said; as far as trailer life goes I honestly couldnt have asked for more. I would definitely stay again. Also- our host was very accommodating and attentive. Thank you!!"

"This is a really nice place. The host was very friendly although we never met her in person. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely book again. It’s perfect for a weekend visit. "

We didn't cook, so I can't speak to how well stocked the kitchen was, but it did have a Keurig and a couple mugs.I loved this quiet location in Meiner's Oaks. "We traveled with two other families to a cozy cabin in the snow, and it was perfect for our group. Each family had their own full bathroom, which made everything so much easier. The downstairs area was spacious and felt like its own cabin, complete with a living room and kitchenette. Our kids chose to forgo the bunk beds and turned that space into a fort where they all slept together. "We stayed for a work retreat & chance to explore Ojai. House is so charming & artfully decorated. We all commented that, unlike so many vacation rentals, the house had soul. And a gas fireplace and so many little spots to enjoy outside, or do yoga inside. We loved pulling books from the massive collection in the living room and thumbing through. Just a delight!"
