"A great cabin on the lake; a really nice spot for many things - fishing, bird watching, leaf peeping. It is a bit of a steep walk down to the lake with steps, but worth it. Tons of great things to do in the area - state parks, shopping, restaurants, access to many lakes in the area etc... The cabin is set up very nicely with everything you would expect for cooking (except no grill), hanging out, and sleeping. It is very cute and comfortable. They are pet-friendly, which is nice to find, but it...

"There was plenty of room for our 4 family groups. The teens had fun learning to play pool. Spent time on the dock fishing and 2 nights having a bon fire. Close enough to hit the beach in Detroit Lakes. The kids stayed up late to watch movies and we did not hear a thing from our bedrooms. Good vacation."

"We had a wonderful time. Place was perfect for us. It was our 30th year of getting together. All in our 70’s. Five of us so having 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked great. Oven was not clean so just wanted you to know it wasn’t our group! Would definitely recommend and we will return!"

"The property is as it appears in the pictures, nothing atrocious is hidden like with other rentals I have paid for. The kayaks were enjoyed by all, even in the chilly October weather. The piano (a really nice keyboard), pool table, and dart board were utilized every day, several times a day. Overall, it was exactly what I was expecting to get."

"Stay was very nice, place was clean, cozy. We thought we were on the lake, but it was on a nearby street. Check in was really difficult, the indicated the lockbox was on the side door, there was no lockbox on the cabin only on the garage door. We had to call owner with no luck, we then emailed them. There indeed was no lockbox on the door the is an electric code built into the lock on the side door, you can’t see it unless u tap it to light up. After 20 mins of searching and fiddling around...

"We had a fabulous time on our girls weekend at this beautiful property. The accommodations are fantastic and no detail has been overlooked. The location can’t be beat as it’s across the street from the beach and walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. They even go the extra mile and offer reading glasses for guest use!"
