Door to the bedroom was broken no curtains in the bedroom Finding bed accessories also required communication and searching through different storage boxes. Overall good fornthe size we needed. "Das Haus ist zwar etwas kleiner, dafür sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es erinnert an ein kleines Hexenhaus. Die Betten sind super bequem und die Lage direkt am Wasser sehr entspannend. Die Mückennetze an den Fenstern hielten die zahlreichen Mücken draußen und im Garten sitzt man entspannt unter dem Pavillion. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war zu jeder Zeit unkompliziert, schnell und respektvoll. Unsere Hunde durften mit, was ja nicht überall gerne gesehen ist."

"Die Wohnung ist einfach toll, sauber, schön eingerichtet, es fehlte quasi an nichts. Kaffeemaschine haben wir uns mitgebracht, da wir große Kaffetrinker sind. Die Wohnung ist auch mit großem Hund kein Problem. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist etwas eng aber auch mit langem Auto machbar. Alles in allem eine große Empfehlung.Auto Nachbar "

"THE PROPERTY WAS IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD. THERE IS A CARGO TRAIN THAT PASSES A FEW TIMES A DAY BUT YOU DO NOT HEAR IT. THERE IS A SCREEN THAT SHIELDS ANY NOISE AND VISION OF IT. THE HOST WAS KIND, GRACIOUS AND ACCOMMODATING. IT IS ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES FROM THE OLD TOWN OF REGENSBURG.CERTAINLY A PLEASANT PLACE TO STAY.IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THERE ISN'T ANY TV OR LOUNGE AREA. WE WERE THERE IN DECEMBER 2024 AND THE INTERIOR WAS VERY WARM AND COMFORTABLE.WIFI IS ALSO INCLUDED."

"My wife and I just spent four nights in Regensburg enjoying the town and the multiple Christmas Markets. The apartment was excellent in itself, but the location being so close to the train station, Thurm and Taxis, and old town was second to none. We enjoyed eating brunch at Rough Surface every day after our run along the river. Would highly Recommended "

Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt kommt einem das Frühstück etwas eintönig vor, was wohl auch an der geringen Auslastung zu dieser Zeit lag. Nur die Kaffeemaschine braucht dringend eine Generalüberholung."
