The Condo is situated on the east end of Grand County. The Winterstar Condos are located up the hill, just behind Safeway in Fraser. The area is quiet, peaceful, and just minutes away from so many attractions. The night skies are lit up with stars, the daytime is filled with blue skies 300 days a year. Summers are warm and pleasant, fall brings the most amazing colors, winter gets blanketed in snow, and springtime is for wild flowers!

This fully appointed condo is located in Fraser, CO - Right in the Heart of Ski Country! Of course, there are amazing year round activities including Skiing, Sledding, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Concerts, and so much more. The Fraser/Winter Park area is just 1.5 hours from Denver and offers some of the most magnificent scenery Colorado has to offer. Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake are to the North, Hot Sulphur Springs is to the East, Winter Park and Mary Jane are to the South, and Majestic views of the Front Range, the Continental Divide, and lakes, rivers, scenery, and wildlife are everywhere. Don't be surprised to see deer, elk, moose, fox, coyote, eagles, osprey, hawks, falcons and so much more. You might even catch a glimpse of a black bear! This truly is the Colorado you dream about!

Grand Lake is home to the deepest natural lake in Colorado and is the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Come walk the historic boardwalks, shop, eat, hike, snowmobile, and enjoy the majestic Rockies towering everywhere around you.

Kremmling is actually a high mountain desert environment and is a Sportsman's Paradise! Hunt, Hike, Fish, Explore.

Devil's Thumb Ranch is located just outside of Tabernash and Snow Mountain Ranch (YMCA of the Rockies) is located just between Granby and Tabernash. Both offer year round activities.
