This vacation home sits in the exclusive Rendezvous Community neighborhood with overlooks downtown Winter Park and is also close to the ski resort (the Resort is only a short 5-minute drive away). Guests have access to the Rendezvous Community trout fishing pond and children's playground. Transportation to the Town and Resort is provided by FREE shuttle services. The Winter Park “Lift” shuttle is right down the road. The Winter Park Resort base village includes lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. Optional concierge services are also available which include personal grocery shopping, private chef, in room massages and custom equipment fittings at your door. Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability.
