STR#116193 Welcome to your spacious three-bedroom townhome nestled in the tranquil Pines at Meadow Ridge Resort. Just a mile from downtown Fraser and a short 10-minute drive to Winter Park Resort, this location offers the perfect setting for your Rocky Mountain retreat. This townhouse offers ample space for your group to unwind. The open living room, kitchen, and dining area feature a welcoming fireplace. There is a private deck that invites you to soak in the crisp mountain air. The main level primary suite boasts a cozy queen bed, while the bunk room is ideal for kids or extra guests. The bunk room offers two twin over twin bunk beds and a dedicated bathroom.This property also offers a stackable washer and dryer and a private gas grill onsite for your enjoyment. Upstairs, the loft has a king bed with an attached bathroom. There is a fully stocked kitchen that allows you to prepare your favorite meals and create unforgettable memories.
Take advantage of The Lift, our complimentary shuttle service that allows you to effortlessly reach Winter Park Resort, downtown Fraser, or anywhere else you may want to explore during your time in Grand County.
During your stay, you will have free access to Club Meadow Ridge. The clubhouse provides an array of handicap-accessible amenities, including two year-round outdoor spas and a heated outdoor pool. Club Meadow Ridge als features outdoor tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a basketball court. Inside, you will find two racquetball courts that conveniently convert into basketball and volleyball courts.

Family Ski trip
We had a wonderful stay at the Ski Retreat. After long and fun days on the slopes (just a short drive or shuttle ride away) we relaxed in the hot tub, soaked in the steam room, or sweated at the gym. Followed by cooking in a fully equipped kitchen and relaxing in the living room, playing games and hanging out as a family. Thank you for a memorable spring break!

Great spot!
Condo was nice and clean and suited our needs. The only thing we had an issue with was the washer and dryer, its small and took a long time to run a cycle. There were 7 of us and after lots of hiking we had a lot of laundry that we needed to do. Besides that property was nice and equipped with everything we needed.

No Pets?
We really enjoyed the condo, it had everything that we needed, it was a great location and the layout was great! However, it was apparent that a cat had been at the property. We dusted the top of the baseboard heaters to remove when it could be seen, however, some of us are allergic to cats and it became apparent that there had been a cat. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in Winter Park!
We loved having 3 separate bathrooms! The kitchen was quite well-stocked (except for a blender), and the layout was easy to prep and cook meals. The beds were very comfortable as well. We enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace, however, we weren't aware that wood wasn't provided so we had to make an additional trip to Safeway. I may have missed that in the notes? Overall this was an excellent choice for us. The communication via text was excellent - if we had a question it was quickly answered!

Our week long stay was perfect. Pool and hot tub, tennis and racquetball courts, access to mountain views and Winter Park- and only 30-40 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and scenic Trail Ridge Road. 5 stars!

Great Condo with Excellent Amenities
We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was clean and well-appointed and the kitchen had pretty much everything you'd need to prepare various meals. A great amenity is the clubhouse that includes indoor basketball courts, a workout facility, heated large pool and 2 large hot-tub Jacuzzis. This was perfect for after skiing and was especially good for draining any remaining energy from our teenagers! we didn't utilize the public bus-line to the slopes, but it stopped just steps from our front door. The only thing I/we were disappointed with was that the TV in the family room (only tv), is not an internet capable smart tv. It' would have been really nice to utilize any of our paid for streaming services or cast video from our phones, after a long day on the slopes. It would be especially nice to have the ability to cast to the TV, videos and photos that we took throughout the day of skiing. Internet capable smart tv’s are so inexpensive that this shouldn’t be an issue in the future. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the pace and would rent again.

Awesome property
The condo has everything needed to feel right at home. It was nice to have ample drawer space in the bedrooms. Reclining sectional sofa was great to relax in after a hard day on the slopes.

This was an amazing property. My family loved everything about especially the view from the second flppr of the snow and mountains. The look and furnishings of the wood sets you in the atmosphere of winter especially when you see the wondow doom on the ceiling that fills with snow when its snowing but allows such beautiful sun in once the snow melts off. The property was equipped with just about everything you need to cook and make yourself at home. I really would have extended my stay if it had not been for other responsibilities at home. It is centralized to tubing, grocery, restaurants, and much more. It provides such a nice location for pictures and to enjoy outdoors with your family. Last but not least the FREE activities was everything and easy to redeem. Checking in was a smooth process and everything was instructed well to leave. A must stay!!

Perfect Place
Condo was clean and kept up very well. *Beds are very soft! -- not in a worn out way but rather in a very soft memory foam way - so know that* We had a family of 5 and more than enough space. Windows all funtion for great breeze. Rec center was fantastic and right across the street. Only thing to be improved upon would be communication from Sky Run. It would be nice if they sent invoices and expected payment information. It all happened on time and checkin was flawless...but we didn't know what to expect in a timely manner and ended up calling a few times to make sure things were on track. Again...nothing to do with the condo itself and not a huge deal otherwise...just a comment. I would absolutely rent again.

Great condo convenient to club house grocery store and Winter Park
Everything about condo was as stated. The Sky Run property management team was amazing to work with. Always quick to respond to questions and request and always accommodating. The condo was well equipped - nice quality furnishing and kitchen items. Plenty of towels etc. everyone loved the club house and easy access to grocery store and Winter Park. I highly recommend this unit.

Great place for the family!
