Great Family Condo near Winter Park

This is a great family condo that has three levels and an open main area for everyone to come together. You can enjoy time together and have separation between levels when you need a nice place to relax. The top bedroom (queen) has its own bathroom and TV and the bottom level has two bedrooms (full/twin bunk and king) and a full bathroom. The bunk room has its own TV and is a great space for kids to relax and play (bean bag chairs are in the closet). The couch is also a queen sleeper sofa.

It is our family condo that we only rent out a few times a year, so you will be enjoying a space with extra comforts above a normal rental, such as full cookware, updated appliances, and games. A new washer and dryer helps make sure you are able to stay clean for your entire time at the condo. We just purchased the condo, so all of the furniture has been updated and most of the rooms have been renovated.

The deck overlooks beautiful mountains, including Winter Park Ski Resort. It is perfect for relaxing and having s'mores with the family. While gas grills are not allowed on the decks, a new electric grill is available and a gas grill is available on the property. An occasional moose or fox has been seen while enjoying the amazing sunsets (not guaranteed ;)).

The location is terrific. It is a block away from two Lyft stops, which will get you to town and Winter Park base for easy skiing access. It is two blocks from Club Meadow Ridge and comes with access to their pool, hot tubs, and faculties (workout, tennis, racquet ball, ping pong, and more). It is very close to the grocery store, Fraser tubing hill, and close to the YMCA of the Rockies as well as Granby and Grand Lake.

Overall, this is a spacious condo in the heart of all things winter and summer in the Fraser Valley. Great for getting on a short bus for skiing, snowshoeing or hiking the great mountains all around, or adventuring the amazing towns just a short drive away. It is the perfect place to relax as a family.
