"Location great to UA. Lots of restaurants. Room spacious. Kitchen didn’t have any paper or cloth but was nice. Staff helpful. Little perturbed that Fox News seemed to be “blacked out” on cable. It was listed on the guide, but station would not load. ALL the other news channels loaded fine so it looked like an intentional decision. "I hate to leave a review for fear that this property wont be avaliable the next time i want to use it!! Beautiful views, sooo much room that you can be alone if you want or in the middle of the group. Thanks to the owner for such a great place!"

"The cabin was absolutely perfect. The location was excellent and the property being on the point was beautiful. The weather was cold and rainy but the last day was better and made for some nice sunrises and sunsets."

"This property was amazing. It is brand new, fully stocked, and has great amenities. There’s plenty of room for multiple families. The hosts were great and communicated very well. This has got to be one of the best rentals on the Lake. We looking forward to booking in the summer!"

"The property location was good, from the pictures I thought it was a lake view. The home was clean a fully stocked. The issue I had was opening the lock, it had to be manually opened, it was cold and a bit frustrating but they walked us through the process of taking the batteries out and resetting it. "

"We traveled to Lake Martin to look at homes for sale. The condo was very clean, nicely appointed, with a comfortable bed and great view of the lake. The bench on the dock was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. Perfect central location close to town and good restaurants. "

As listed on the details, this house does require using stairs, but we did not mind it at all. It had everything we needed for our family of four and could easily accomadate more people.
