Boasting the best of both worlds, this home not only highlights its historic roots but also features a list of modern amenities - making your stay comfortable. Some of these amenities include a private washer/dryer, partial air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and internet access.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Smoking indoors, hunting, use of fireplaces, and entry/use of the pool area are not allowed.
This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
