The Master bedroom, on the first floor, boasts a private bathroom with a shower, and queen bed. The second bedroom will come with a queen bed, and the final bedroom comes with a pyramid bunk bed, full on the bottom and twin on top, with a trundle. All bedrooms will come with TVs.

The loft offers a large lounging area with a sectional sofa. A 55" TV, game table with seating, and additional sleeping for 2. There are ceiling fans throughout the property with a lot of natural light coming in.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

This property will also come with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, outdoor games, and coolers. A beautiful patio is available with plenty of seating for your group.

Guests may also choose to enjoy the many amenities offered by Ocean View Beach Club. There is a large community pool, billiards, sauna, clubhouse, and beach shuttle.

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)
