Perfect Place for Cousins to Bond
The seven girl cousins (ages 3-15) enjoyed sharing the big bedroom - lots of talking and laughing. The three adult couples each enjoyed their own bedroom. Lots of room for a large group.

Great location
We came to the Frankenmuth area for a ladies golf trip (9) of us stayed in the farm house. It was the perfect location for us to travel to all the golf courses we golfed at! The favorite part of the house was the deck and the huge table for playing cards at night!! House is very clean and communicating with Mike was extremely easy and fast! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home
This home was beautiful and the perfect size for the 10 of us (5 adults and 5 kids). The kids loved that they had a big room to share with their own beds. If you’re into board games the dinning room table is perfect for them. Also, the yard is a nice size for playing yard games. It is in a nice location because it’s not directly in town but still close enough to town for the convenience.

Excellent Property

Comfortable Home - great place for families!
This home was spacious, comfortable, had the best beds, well equipped kitchen, reliable/excellent air conditioning, and the communication with the owner was wonderful. This was our favorite rental we've had in Frankenmuth overbthe years. Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful house
This house was perfect for our family reunion. The large room with five beds was perfect for the children, all the beds were very comfortable. The large kitchen was great for big group meals and we loved the fenced in yard and deck.

Great property! Nice location, easy communication!
The house was very clean and as pictured. Mike was very helpful and friendly in pointing out things to know for our stay. Beds were comfortable (seemed new) and were Temperpedic/memory foam material- which we love. Kitchen is nice, large and a great place to gather. Easy access to downtown Frankenmuth. Would definitely stay again if we return.

Comfortable stay
My entire family stayed here right before the holiday and it was wonderful. Very nice home and our kids had a blast. We would definitely stay here again and our host was also very kind and friendly. My dad can't sleep without a fan and he very quickly was able to provide one for him and one for our kids to help them sleep. The house had everything we needed for our stay.

Definitely recommend!
Great place to stay for a weekend away with friends. Our stay was great! The kitchen was perfect with lots of room and well stocked. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Large table to gather as a group. Great lighting. Numerous laundry baskets to make clean up easy at the end of our stay. Plenty of parking for our group. Convenient location right out of town. Mike, the property manager was very helpful and friendly. It does seems like the house is a bit of a work in progress with a little room for improvement (exposed and capped off wires in one bathroom, unpainted patches on the walls, some cobwebs on light fixtures, and a few burnt out bulbs). Those things did NOT detract from our stay at all. We would certainly return again in the future!

spacious & comfortable
The space was more than sufficient for our 6-girl getaway. Each bedroom has its own mini split to control your own heat in the room. Beds were comfortable. Ample common areas for eating, talking, playing board games, etc. Be advised, no toiletries are provided. So, be sure to bring soap, shampoo, etc. Plenty of dishes available, but no cooking/baking supplies other than salt & pepper. Great location, close to town for shopping activities!

Perfect group get away!
This house has easy access, spacious, clean, and well stocked with what was needed to maintain the cleanliness. Good temperature control, even enjoyed the games that were there. Good communication with the contact, we had an amazing stay, comfortable beds, amazing kitchen! We will definitely book there again!

Girl's weekend
This property was great for a large group. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Two comfortable living rooms as well. Location was easy to get to and convenient to the town activities. Host were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place for our Girls Getaway
Beautiful home with lots of room, really loved that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The house is just outside of town in a country setting, very nice! Frankenmuth is a very quaint town and the perfect spot for our girls trip, lot of shopping, great places to eat and the weather was wonderful. Drove up to Lake Huron and took a riverboat cruise also. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for a few days.

Great house!
We had a great stay for our family reunion! Kramer and Mike were very responsive hosts throughout the process. The beds and pillows were soooo comfortable. The bedrooms and number of bathrooms, as well as two living rooms, fit our situation perfectly. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic!
Our stay was great. It was cozy and comfy especially for our large family. Mike was very kind and helpful. We would recommend this home to anyone, especially those with young kids! Our kids had a ton of fun catching fireflies and sitting by the fire.

Family reunion
We loved the house there were more then enough beds and bedrooms. The kitchen was great, although no pantry accessories: spices, oil, flour etc. so bring your own! The Keurig coffee was great. Only suggestion I would have first bathroom upstairs could use a small shelf for tolietries and 2nd bathroom could use a hook to hang a towel 😃other then that bathrooms were great!! All loved the house ❤️

Very nice home!
There was everything that we could need in the house and more! Mike was very helpful and available for any questions we had. This house was extremely clean and provided lots of towels and dishes! Mattresses were excellent! Would definitely stay here again if in the area’

Beautiful home
The house is beautiful and roomy. The adults were able to stay up late without disturbing the kids sleep. The cousins enjoyed their slumber party in the large room with 5 beds. The hosts are fantastic. They made an effort to meet us and walk us through the heating system, as well as offer themselves for 24 hr assistance should we require anything. They stressed that their goals were to make us comfortable and happy. Unfortunately it was a rainy and cold weekend so we were not able to enjoy the big deck, gas grill and large yard. We will definitely return.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. Everything was perfect. So clean and plenty of space to sleep and hang out. Cooked in most of the time but super close to town for an outing. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

This served as a great homebase for a family & friends weekend in Frankenmuth. Plenty of room and sleeping space for all, a great kitchen to gather and amazingly located close to everything we wanted to do! Property is very clean & host is so kind.

Great location for family friends gathering
Its perfect place for family friends gathering. Good size of home, kids enjoyed the big bedroom that has 5 beds. Kitchen and bedding is equipped with all necessary stuffs. And the beat part is very close to downtown and lot of stores. The host was very helpful, he personally came to explain few things thats helped us. I would definitely recommend this house.

Ideal family vacation home
We loved this house. It’s a mile north of town so we were able to do all the classic Frankemuth activities within a five minute drive. The pictures are very accurate and fit our family perfectly. The 5 cousins loved the room with all the double beds. The kitchen table was nice and big for us to enjoy meals together. The rooms were all big enough for the extra pack n plays we needed for the little ones. Very comfortable beds, living areas and temperatures. Would highly recommend and hope we can plan another trip back so we can stay again. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. Very quick to respond.

Weekend family Christmas party was awesome!
We couldn’t have found a better place to have our 4 generation annual Christmas party!!!! Host was very helpful and accommodating. Attentive to our needs and questions. Timely responses when I reached out. Nice decor and homey feel. Very spacious and even more so than listing describes. Host was open to suggestions as they’re a newer listing and appreciated our feedback. We’re already looking to book for next Christmas. Great experience with wonderful memories made!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time, the house was amazing. The keurig and stocked coffee/hot cocoa was such a nice treat. The house was so clean and beds very comfortable. The town was so fun. Amazing host. Definitely would recommend!

Family Get Together
The pictures DON'T do this beautiful house justice! With room to sleep 17, spacious and open kitchen, dining, and family rooms, this house was absolutely perfect! The owners couldn't have been more kind or accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay a perfect 10! We will be coming back for a ladies weekend!!

Wonderful Home!
My family and I spent a weekend in Frankenmuth and this house was an excellent location. Close to downtown and all the restaurants, shops and charms of Frankenmuth. The owners were great and made our stay easy. The house is AMAZING! Clean and spacious. We considered adding a few nights because it was so nice. The beds are super comfortable as well. The owners did a great job with details, big and small. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again with my family. You can't go wrong staying at this place.
