I sent an email saying that I would like security cameras to check what happened, since the bags were counted and we only left the hotel for the airport, from that moment on, the hotel confirmed that there was a bag. But it was already late, we were boarding the plane that would take us back home. When I arrived in my country, negotiations began to receive the bags.
