The Cowboy is a western chic spacious home with plenty of room for a family of 6 or your crew of workers! Giddy Up and take a dip in the round cowboy dipping pool in the back. Brand new game room, arcade and ping-pong!. This is a fantastic location near the Panther Pavilion, The Stockyards, 6-Flags/Epic Waters and just 2 exits from NASCAR! The Cowboy is one of several homes owned and/or managed by Vacation Your Way!

The backyard is nice with outdoor seating shared with other side of. duplex.
**Pool care is weekly (ph balance/chorine/scrubbed)- guests are expected to use brushes and skimmer as needed to remove mother nature in between cleanings. And please clean out filter if it's full into trash or grassy area.
Gallery Kitchen: Large, retro kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils/plates/bowls/cups to cook a gourmet meal. Full size: refrigerator/freezer (ice maker & filtered water-NOT Available-this part of refrigerator doesn't work), oven/stove, and dishwasher. Professional K-Cup Coffee maker and toaster. Just added regular drip coffee maker, also.
Dining room: 8 person table with tall comfortable chairs. A great area to sit and work or enjoy a delicious family time meal.
Smart TV Room: Couch, Smart TV and Plenty of board games and books to enjoy!
Living Room:...No! We remodeled! Created a Brand New GAME ROOM! It's awesome;
What? 50th Anniversary Atari arcade with 12+ games! and yes- full size table tennis! Challenge your mate to a great volley of ping-pong!!
Master Bedroom: Bright, spacious and outward facing room, furnished with KING (Brand new!) bed with foam topper!! and a fully equipped modern bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Cozy, full bed and closet.
Bedroom 3: Joyful 2 twins beds, TV with PlayStation 1 (Games and DVDs provided), storage area.
Hall Bathroom: Wonderful. Bathtub (jets do not work)) with shower. (please note: House is on a private septic system. This means the drains maybe slow in sink and toilets. )
Whole home: Smart home auto-temperature regulation.. Smart home key pad lock on front door.
Backyard/Pool: Common area shared with Unit 2 (Open-Concept Flat/studio). Unit 1 and 2 have private entrances to this area. Pool/patio is shared area.
No water balloons in backyard or anywhere on property.
Clean up after yourself in backyard. Do not leave trash please.
Longer stays are also welcome. Excellent School Districts for those interested in longer-term academic sabbaticals. (semester-long stays)-Please write us an email to request information about sabbatical stays.
Amenities: We provide clean linens for the beds, clean towels in the hall closet, toilet paper, sample shampoo/conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. There is also an iron and ironing board. We also provide extra blankets and pool towels in the hallway linen closet.
Parking is available in the driveway. Do not park or drive on the grass. Damage to our landscaping will be reported to AirBNB Coverage/Security Deposit.
Must be 25 and older to rent. Host is not responsible for anything left behind after check-out time. No Smoking. No Parties. Ask about pets (in some cases we are able to accommodate this request)
Ants are a common problem in Texas. We have professional pest control however, the weather patterns make it difficult at times. Pest control products are available under the sink. (Rarely needed but there if needed)

We do not have a bbq.
There are no laundry faculties available. No washer No dryer
WiFi is good, but spotty at times in our area.

-Remove all personal items from the property, including any food, and put the trash in trash bins provided (or in garage as noted)

-All used linens (sheets and towels) please put in laundry area
