The studio and loft is close to many Fort Worth and the mid-cities "hot-spots" and venues, as well as, major highways. It's spacious for a family with a fun loft, and has all the amenities of a full house.

Stylish and cozy, this studio & loft is a comfortable and perfect place for a family or group of friends. The primary bed is queen sized and is separated from the living room/kitchen area by a privacy wall. The loft, which is accessible by ladder, has carpeted floors and a full size mattress. A modern, spa-like bathroom with private walk-in shower is inviting and you have all the amenities of a home!

Perfect Place!!
This place was an easy "yes" for us. The location, cleanliness, amenities, communication with manager, etc. were all a perfect fit. It was exactly like pictured and we definitely plan to stay at this place again!

Best stay ever!
This was one of our very best experiences with VRBO. The house was immaculate and perfect! Our host had literally thought of everything we could possibly need and more. She was also immediately accessible if we had a question. It was quiet and in such a convenient location for us. I highly recommend!

TCU parents weekend stay!
This was the perfect place for us to stay for parents weekend. my husband and I and our 22 year old son (big brother of our frog) were very comfortable! Clean, has everything you need. Will definitely look into staying here again in the future! oh and the AC was awesome on this sweltering weekend! Thanks Jamie!

We were given a different location that we enjoyed very much b/c the ac at this unit was being worked on. The management was very ahead of the game and made sure we had a great place to stay. The score may be skewed b/c I can't answer the question for the property shown.

Perfect for the weekend!
What a great space this was, I’m grateful to have found it! My friend and I stayed for the weekend and it was the perfect setup. The space itself was very well put together and clean, and everything we could possibly need was supplied. The hosts were great with communicating too should we have had need of anything. It was a good location too. Not too far from anything we were needing to get to. Normally when traveling I have to unplug all the fragrances and scented items as I’m super sensitive and sends my allergies through the roof, but I genuinely appreciated the fact that they did not have the plug-in connected to the wall yet (and the place smelled fine even without it!!) and that gave me the freedom and peace of mind knowing I didn’t have to worry about any sort of sneezing or throat issues due to plug-ins. Just that extra step to make sure the tenants are comfortable was great. I would stay here again for sure! Everything was clean and just a neat little space to stay!

Cute & Cozy
The property was clean and featured beautiful modern finishes and updated appliances. We had everything that we needed all in one space. It was wonderful being able to cook some our meals right on site. Beds were also comfortable and there is a place to park as well. This is a highly recommended place to stay.

We were very impressed with the property, very clean, neat and well stocked. We are both from very rural areas so we were a little concerned with being in a neighborhood but it was very nice and quiet and we felt safe. Would most definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay in great location!
We chose this location and property based on its simple yet very adequate accommodations and proximity to Fort Worth locations. It is close to TCU and SWBTS and only a short 10 minute drive to downtown and the Trinity River trails. This property had everything we needed for our short stay and even for a longer stay. It was very clean, modern, and and comfortable and the bathroom was nice sized. While we did not need it the included washer and dryer were a nice amenity.

Lovely Studio
I found the property to be very clean and thoughtfully designed. I loved the aesthetic and was very comfortable in the space. Communication with the owner was clear and consistent which I also appreciated. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay near TCU.
