* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

* No uninvited guests without permission

* This property sleeps 6 people!!! If we determine you have more than 6 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.

* Must be 25 years old to reserve home

* Please log out of your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. accounts on Roku TV when leaving property.

* City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees

* Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

Family weekend
We were in town for a family wedding and this place was perfect. It was just the right size for my family of four and was centrally located for all of our wedding events. The check in/out process was super easy and we were even able to check in an hour early on Friday! The biggest hit of the property was the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. My kids absolutely loved it!

Very clean and cute place
Very clean and cute rental. Great communication with the owner. Only downside was the small bathroom and the bedrooms don’t have black out curtains, so hard to sleep in, but otherwise had a great stay and would stay again. Thank you!

Great weekend
Thanks Jeff and Deanna. My wife and I were in town for TCU family weekend and had a great stay . Super clean and the inside is really nice. Great location , 5 minutes from campus 13 from the stockyards and its easy in and out. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We will definitely be making the Navi Cottage our Fort Worth stay place for four years ! Oooh and the water pressure in the shower , awesome! Thanks

Cute little place
We stayed 3 nights. So needed from staying in hotels as we travel across country. Clean and nice place. My teen loved the Bluetooth in the bathroom. Totally awesome. Beds were comfy. If I had to list very minor suggestions: curtains in the bedrooms. The morning light is bright. Woke my kids up early. More utensils. We made spaghetti and needed some. But no deal breakers. Would stay again!

Perfect short stay
The Navi Cottage was a perfect two day stay while attending a horse show at the Will Rogers Coliseum. Quiet, comfortable and easy access to interstate, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I were in town for TCU’s graduation. This property was located close to campus and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Also, I enjoy cycling and we were a short distance from the main trailhead for Trinity Trails. Jeff was very responsive and we would stay here again.

Thoughtful and nice
We really enjoyed our time here. It really seemed like the owners are experienced travelers and hosts because we had everything we needed. All of the details from the furniture, to the extra cozy blankets and plush rugs were really well thought out. The neighboring buildings show the age of the area, but the house itself felt very safe and secure. Plus Jeff responded to each inquiry right away, adding an extra feeling of security. It's definitely worth staying here for the proximity to fun Fort Worth areas, plus Central Market is literally a stones throw away, and we got food and snacks right there, it was super convenient.

Perfect spot for our needs!
We loved staying here for our weekend in Fort Worth for the NCAA gymnastics championship. It was clean, attractive, and comfortable, had everything you could need for your stay, perfect for our party of 1 adult and 2 kids. Host clearly anticipated and provided for the potential needs of his guests, lots of thoughtful details in place to make sure we had what we needed. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants and a nice grocery store, and easy access to the highway for all our other activities. We will definitely stay here again for any future visits to Fort Worth.

Home was lovely. Location nearby our needs, but…
Title says it all- lovely, new redo, clean. Was chosen for proximity of my out of town guests to our home. The online approximate location shows north of Interstate 30, meaning walkable from us to them. Was interesting that when we looked for this approximate location, in advance of check in, before we had confirmation , there was was no such approximate location. . When received the confirmation , home actually is south of a busy interstate and even though close by, definitely not safe to walk. The house is entered through an alley , which is normal around this unique neighborhood, but sketchy apartments across the alley. Should have had a clue about this as there are no exterior pictures of this property. I do not blame the owners who have a lovely place. there is a property management company for this rental. I have not ever had a good experience with management companies. The person that who was my contact obviously doesn’t know the area as I sent questions in advance of my guests arrival. His grammar skills were weak. His lack of response to my specific questions was non existent There is a record in my correspondence with him. My first question was ‘can you give me an idea if this is close to my address?’ he responded ‘ we are looking forward to your arrival’ or some such formulated answer. That said, it is walkable to nearby shopping and grocery and restaurants. It just didn’t fit our area needs. VRBO May have already changed its ‘pin drop’ by the time this is posted. I hope so.

Memorable Weekend Stay in Fort Worth, TX
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in Fort Worth, TX, and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home.
