Always a pleasurable stay
This is our second time staying here and just as the first time was just as wonderful as the first time. The home is so pretty and open, check in process is so easy my kids love the snacks the host leaves as a little treat, very convenient and right in the middle of everything. The location online looks sketch but the neighbors are all very friendly and kind. Host is very helpful and accommodating. We will be back again next year while showing at the FWSSR. Thank you for the perfect place!

Perfect home base
Sandra was a dream from the minute we completed our reservation, to check out. Our family was visiting the area for a wedding. The location was central to everything we needed, and the neighborhood was super cute, and quiet. There was more than enough space for all of us. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in town

Everything and them some
We came into town to visit family and celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday with family. This property was everything we expected and then some. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Great layout
We loved the layout of this house where everyone had privacy and space. 2 1/2 bathrooms!! This was so helpful for 5 of us trying to get ready for a 7:30 am tournament.

This was a nice place to stay and close to everything .. The only advice is for the price per night and being that it is a 3 bedroom there should be more than 1 small TV in the house. TV's are super cheap these days .. You can get a 75 inch TLC Smart TV for $550, 65 inch for $375 and get 50 inch for $250 on Amazon.. so for the price I paid for a 2 night stay they could buy 2 more TV's .. or at least put the small one in the Master Bedroom and buy a 65 inch for the Living room . Maybe I am the only parent that has kids that like to watch different movies/shows or play video games or I'm the only parent that would like to watch other movies/shows other than kids stuff like watching people eat food on YouTube. Last but not least buy 2 ply toilet paper and buy the amazon brand garbage bags, They are super cheap and have draw stings and are thicker than the thin cheap ones there.. Other than that this house was nice but nothing compares to home . sleeping in your own soft comfortable bed and TV's in every room other than the bathrooms .. and none smaller than 65 inch in the entire house.. Guess I am just picky . :)

Great Housing
This is the perfect house to stay at if you are planning on visiting Fort Worth. You cannot beat this location, everything you need and more is very accessible. The amount of space through the house is wonderful, with a beautiful spacious backyard. You’ll also have a great host, who is attentive, responsive if you have any questions or concerns! Thank you so much, I can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful stay, great house
Enjoyed our short stay over Thanksgiving holiday. House was extremely clean and well furnished. The floor plan is very functional with gathering space in the front and bedrooms to the rear. Backyard very private and patio well equipped. Good communication from Sandra.

The house was “just right” for us! It was clean, nice sized, good TV watching and if you have a pet, the yard is great too! Easy check in and host is very nice. Close to shopping and restaurants and Will Rogers Coliseum! Would rent again😊

Horse show perfect!
The property was great! Plenty of parking and room for everyone. The modern style and updated décor was great. Could have done without the plastic on the mattress. We will try to stay again.

Our getaway to ft. Worth
This was a cute house for our family's stay in Fort worth. (5 ppl) perfect size and good location to coffee, groceries, etc. Had everything we needed to stay, so we didn't have to bring a bunch of things- towels, wash cloths, dishes, coffee maker, shower toiletries. Washer and dryer was nice, even provided a few wash pods, and dryer sheets. Could tell the bedding/blankets was clean and that is a huge plus! Could use more attentive cleaning to under beds/tables/nightstands/baseboards, etc (all the fun areas that nobody likes to clean!) Which is why I gave 4 stars for the cleaning, but other than that, was fine!

Very nice!
Prior to our arrival, our host was very informative and kept me up to date. The check-in process was very easy. Upon entering the home, we could tell immediately how clean it was. The decor made it feel cozy and we felt at home. We had a welcome packet with local information that was helpful. All of the beds were very comfortable. The home was fully stocked with appliances, utensils, washer and dryer, etc....anything you need. This was my first experience staying in a house instead of a hotel and it did not disappoint.

Great place to stay!
The property is a great little place to stay and Sandra was awesome! It was a quick drive to the grocery store and coffee, we found awesome places to eat and it was only about 15-20 mins from downtown, super convenient. We did have a couple issues, when we got there the back room bed linens were not clean, but we know how to wash and dry sheets so we took care of it, absolutely not a deal breaker. We informed Sandra upon our departure and she was VERY apologetic and made an effort to make it right, which is all we can ask for. Everything else was pretty clean and neat as would be expected. The other issue was cooking utensils. We prefer home cooked meals over eating out, but it was a little difficult to prep meals in the kitchen lol There wasn't any kitchen knives, large pots or kitchen hand towels, but we made do with what was there, but it can use a few things for sure. There is a charcoal bbq out back which was great for cooking steaks! Lastly, when we arrived the house was so danged HOT! The A/C was on, but hadn't been for long because I believe the thermostat read 92 when we walked in, again nothing we couldn't deal with, it would've just been nice to escape the 100 degree weather and walk into at least 78-80. The house did cool down by the following morning and remained cool for our stay and it was record breaking temps, so thank goodness for A/C! All in all it was a great place and we would definitely stay there again, no doubt! Thank you Sandra!

Stock Show Stay
This home is perfectly placed for easy access to & from Dickies arena/fairgrounds. I rated this a 4 star because there’s pros and cons. Pros...Sandra the property host is fantastic! She is prompt with message responses and made sure to address the“cons”. The house was exceptionally clean. Nice layout, great parking (we had 3 large trucks) and very close to grocery store, restaurants & retail. The cons are important and I believe many were taken care of within 12 hours of notifying Sandra. Upon arrival, there was no hot water...as a contractor, I knew right away it was a bad plumbing job. There was hot water, but faucet wasn’t mounted properly to access it. Most everything in the house is backwards (faucet controls & light switches). The other and probably biggest issue is the beds. They were all covered in thick transport/shipping plastic with a sheet on top. It was loud, uncomfortable & HOT. Sandra came the next day to work on that issue, but the mattress covers were still waterproof/loud thick plastic and HOT. Keep in mind it was freezing & snowing while we were there. If the mattress covers and protectors were changed it would’ve made a huge difference. The bedding seemed new & clean (strong bleach odor) but definitely could be better quality. Overall, we liked the home, it had all the necessities, very clean and close to everything we needed.

Beautiful home
I really appreciated this home. It was exactly as described and the host took the time to make it look and feel like a home. I have 5 kids and stayed for 4 days. The home had enough dishes, utensils and most of all pots and pans which allowed me to be able to cook vs being forced to eat out. The attention to detail was perfect. Only draw back was it only had one tv in the house.
