Please note this is a small efficiency unit. The unit operates best with 1-2 guests but can accommodate a third guest on the couch if needed. The living room and bedroom are full-sized but the shower and kitchen may be smaller than expected. That being said, they both are fully equipped for your stay; if we are missing anything, please don't hesitate to reach out. The property sits on a busier street, being very close to downtown, but we have not had complaints about noise.
Our home features a convenient electronic lock for easy guest access! Upon booking, you will need to sign the rental agreement and then you'll receive a unique code for the lock, allowing you to enter the apartment with a simple keypad entry. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-ins! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay!
I tend to over communicate prior to your arrival and then leave you the heck alone while you are enjoying your time at our place :)

- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your reservation, please reach out to us. The rental rate is for 2 people max. If you exceed the max number of guests you will forfeit your damage deposit if applicable or you will be charged $100 per day for each extra guest.
- Quiet Time is enforced 10 pm - 6 am
- Check-in time is 4 pm or after and Check-out it 11 am.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises, $1000 fine for any violation. All of our rentals are non-smoking. You may smoke outside but all cigarette butts must be picked up and properly disposed of. You will lose your deposit and/or be charged for professional cleaning service if evidence of smoke or cigarette butts are found once you check out.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind.
- Management shall not be liable for damage to renter's property of any type, for any reason or cause whatsoever.
