Waterscape Resort rests on a rare ten-acre site on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with a large pantry and a dining area. A large capacity washer and dryer. A living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests and 10 ft. ceilings with glass sliders that lead out to the private balcony. A half bathroom off the living area. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A second master bedroom with a queen size bed, a private bathroom, and balcony access. We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Great beach with massive pool area.
Gorgeous beach made even better by the free beach service each day. Pool area had multiple areas to sit and enjoy either high action for young kids or quieter areas for the adults. The drinks at the tiki bar were very good and the service was great too.

Fabulous vacation spot!!!
This was our third trip to Waterscape Resort but our first time in this unit. The resort is wonderful!!! We won’t stay anywhere else in Destin! The unit had everything we needed plus more! We had all necessary kitchen items, extra toilet paper and cleaning supplies, plenty of bedding, extra towels, and the beach towels that were available for our use were a nice bonus! Everything in the unit worked perfectly and we felt right at home! I loved how quiet the dishwasher and washer/dryer were; I was able to run them at night without excessive noise to keep everyone awake! And the decor in the room was absolutely perfect!!! We are already planning our return next year!!!

Nice condo
Very clean condo. Beds are comfortable. Washer and drier work well. The bunk beds are fantastic our 2 year old loved it. Well stocked with pots pans dishes cups etc. The resort was awesome with quick elevators. Fitness center was nice. We loved the 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach! This condo has 7 nice beach towels- very helpful! The only thing we wished it had was salt and pepper and a few beach toys. Very satisfied! Recommend!

Great condo space!
Fit family of 6 wonderfully! Well stocked kitchen also! Pool is very crowded so be sure to get chairs right when it opens or there’s no seating!

Excellent First Family Vacation!
First off, the condo is much bigger than the pictures do it justice for. We had plenty of space for our children to play in the condo before we headed to the beach and pool. The condo was well equipped and adorned to make it feel very beachy and homey. The location alone being so centralized was extremely helpful for groceries and beer runs. The amenities of the resort are outstanding! The poolside tiki bar was outstanding for drinks and snacks and fair priced. We have found our annual family vacation location. It was very nice. The rooms were nice size. It was decorated very cute. The washer and dryer did not work which was a problem and inconvenience. We are waiting to hear about about a refund for this. Other than this they replied very quickly to us. I would definitely recommend this for your stay.

Beautiful Condo On the Beach
Our family loved staying in this condo. It was clean and decorated beautifully. The pool and lazy river were so much fun. It was nice being able to take a short walk and be on the beach. There were chairs and an umbrella set up for us, which was really nice. We were also able to take a ten minute walk to get to the pier where we fished. From the pier, we spotted many dolphins and sea turtles. Any time I needed to communicate with management, they were super quick to respond. Other things we liked: table on the balcony to eat meals as well as the table inside. Also that there are two master rooms that have their own soaking bathtub and shower. We definitely recommend staying here.

Easiest process ever!
Everything was handled completely online. All of my information for check-in arrived a few days before our departure and everything went smoothly. Our condo was clean, well stocked, and all of our parking passes and wristbands were waiting for us when we got there. Overall, it was an excellent experience, I will definitely be using them again!

Great Space, but lack a little in a lot of different areas.
We loved the space the condo provided. The location to pool and beach was fantastic. There were multiple things that we thought could have made the stay better Kimberly Lang Vacations took till the next day to respond. Even when I received the automated message: "Let us know how your stay is going". It took till the next day to hear back from them. We have never found this to be the case in other VRBOs we've rented in Florida, Gatlinburg and Michigan. There were no tissues in the Condo. Might sound insignificant, but I didn't notice how much the 6 of us used them until we didn't have any! Starting laundry detergent was not provided. I planned to just do one or two loads so I was going to use what she said was provided. I messaged asking where it could be found, By the time I got a response the next day we already made a Publix run (for tissues and laundry detergent). They do not offer late check out at. all. At least that is what I was told. I messaged late afternoon the day before we left asking if there was any way to do a later check out (noon instead of 10am.) Didn't hear a response by the morning. So I called at 9am. They said they never do late check outs. I was more than welcome to buy another night and leave any time today that I wish. Wait. The unit was not booked for the next day? And I could not stay an extra two hours? I was astounded. The women informed me they had no communication with the cleaning crew. Yet wait, if I paid for another whole night they would

Family Vacation/Wedding
We had plenty of room and places in the condo to sleep or just be a lone for a bit. Had everything we needed except food and drinks of course. We had a minor problem with the TV remote and it was fixed quickly. The view wasn't bad from the balcony. You could see the ocean and panoramic view of the bay but there was buildings and parking lots to but it was still pleasant. We had a great time. The children loved the pools also.

Condo decor is cute but the view is HORRIBLE!
First the positives: The interior of the condo was nice enough with lots of beach themed knickknacks, clean & plenty of towels. Having a couple of chairs and beach umbrella every morning was nice. Pool was quite large. Why I would never go back to this condo: The view from this unit and the noise was awful. From the balcony and all the windows, you see the bright red Hilton Garden Inn sign & from the balcony we had a view of the Hilton Garden Inn dumpster (and smelled the garbage, just gross). Every morning there were car alarms going off from the hotel and every other morning the dumpsters were emptied very early in the morning waking us up. The couch is in major need of being replaced. We felt like we were sinking into the ground, the cushions were so bad. Pots and pans ate badly in need of being replaced. And the location of this large condo is across the street from a liquor store and strip club -just trashy & not at all what I wanted for my family vacation. There were no good restaurants around & The food offered by the walk up restaurant by the pool was pretty nasty. I will never stay in Fort Walton Beach again. Will choose a place much quieter and in a nicer area.

Waterscapes is nice. Pool areas were clean and plenty of seats. Kids loved lazy River and movie night by pool. Parking was not ideal. As far as the unit, it was okay. Said it sleeps 8, but it Definitely was not large enough for two families. Decor was outdated and furniture was old. However, it was clean and quiet.

Just OK
Location was awesome but the unit was just ok. For the money I paid I was underwhelmed. For families that like to cook- there is zero counter space and the pots and pans are old and mostly outdated. The kitchen sink faucet started leaking and I was told a plumber would come in a few days and he never showed up the day it was scheduled to be repaired. This left me to continually change towels under the sink and countertop to keep the cabinets from being damaged and full of water. This is how it stayed my entire visit. The washer/dryer likes to squeak extremely loud so do not run it while folks are still sleeping. I had to rig the coffee pot with a spoon for it to flow properly and not take 35 minutes to brew a pot. The pool area is very nice and the security is very present, polite and friendly. Be sure to be down at the pool or out by the beach by 8:00AM if you want any chance of a chair because it can get difficult.
