The full kitchen is laid out perfectly for guests to cook together, and you can still spot the ocean when cooking from behind the breakfast bar. Tile-style flooring throughout the condo means everyone will stay cool throughout the day. The private washer/dryer will keep the swimsuits ready so you can go from the beach to the shared pool and hot tub easily. After a day of beach fun, feel free to kick back and relax out on the balcony. There's a seat waiting just for you.

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction will occur on the property from August 14, 2023, until February 16, 2024. During this time, the balconies and walkways will experience closures. Doors will also be repainted. Noise may be audible during work hours.
Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is available from March 1 - October 31.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
