The coast is calling! This spacious 1,208 sq. ft. 5th-floor condo is located on the sand beaches of Okaloosa Island. Sea Dunes unit 503 is perfect for families or multi-couple vacationers.

Greeted by soft blue/greys and earth tones, this inviting living space has all you need for your much anticipated coastal getaway! You can bask in the ambiance of the Gulf on the private balcony or take a walk along the tranquil shores.
When it's time to relax, the Master suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2), access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed (sleeps 2) with a private bathroom and shower/tub combo. The 3rd bedroom features a twin bunk bed (sleeps 2). Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) in the living area.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen! For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can go swimming in our pool, or soak in the hot tub during the cooler months! Also, spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area.

- Check-in starts at 4 pm. Some properties may qualify for early check-in of 1 pm for $50 (+tax). *Subject to availability*

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

​​​​​​​***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.
For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies.
