BRAND NEW 2024 6 passenger GOLF CART! 3 minutes to beach! Beautiful lake view!


As soon as you enter the private courtyard, you know something good is behind the front door. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home looks like a designer show house. It has been REMODELED within the past year. With NEW KITCHEN CABINETS, GRANITE , NEW BATHROOM VANITIES and All NEW FLOORING throughout the home.
The open floorplan allows for easy entertainment and conversation whether you are in the kitchen, dining room or the living room. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating to watch the 65'' flat screen television with WiFi, add to all of this the rear brick paved patio overlooking an expansive lake view and this Beachwalk Villa has it all! The second floor has beautiful embossed carpet throughout with two spacious bedrooms with renovated suite baths; and convenient upstairs laundry.

Relax and have a drink on the private outdoor patio that overlooks Horseshoe Lake, which are only steps away from the back of the villa. The white sandy beach of Sandestin is a short walk or take the golf cart for easy access and convenience, the sparkling Beachwalk Villas swimming pool is a short walk from the villa.
The family room has a queen sleeper sofa mattress! The back patio which includes a BBQ for grilling and plenty of seating to take in the view. There is also a conveniently located half bathroom downstairs.

There is an enclosed front court yard. Make sure to bring your fishing rods for some fishing at Horsheshoe Lake.
The master suite is sizable with a NEW KING SIZE MATTRESS . There is also a 40" flat screen T.V.
The 2nd bedroom has NEW KING MATTRESS with a 36" flat screen .The full bath in this bedroom also as a shower/ tub combo. The stack-able washer and dryer is located between the 2 bedrooms to help dry your beach towels.
When you’re not relaxing in the villa, you are close to everything. There is, of course, the beautiful beach, as well as plenty of shopping and dining spots right at your finger tips, nature trails, tennis, world class golf, spa, water activities and entertainment for the kids. There’s something for everyone of all ages from family movies & concerts on the “green” at Baytowne Wharf to a night life of dancing and adult fun (live bands every night).

Close cart ride to beach
The golf cart was great. House was great, we weren’t there to “stay in a house” we were there to eat, sleep and sit at the beach! It was perfect. House was clean and had everything we needed to make dinners. The only thing that would be better was if they had a cooler and beach chairs so you could fly in and not need anything without having to rent the expensive ones from the shack on the beach!

Relaxing and fun location with wheels
Enjoy our short stay plenty to do and see the pool was nice and very close by. Beach and Bay short drive away in the nice new golf cart. Plenty of places to eat. We flew in and did rent a car but really would have been fine without one.

Great family vacation
Place was clean and a good size for our family. We enjoyed the golf cart which is a must at Sandestin. Beach was a quick golf cart ride over and pool was less than 1 min ride around the corner. We rode over to Baytown wharf for activities, park and fireworks. There is a strip mall across from the property with some great food choices- Parlor Donuts, Tuscany (my fav!), subs, maple street biscuit, pizza by the sea. You could park your car and leave it the entire stay if you wanted. Owner was very responsive to my questions. There were a few beach chairs and boogie board. Quiet neighborhood.

Very easy to navigate the property. Instructions were clear and concise on arrival process and property entrance. Silvano was a great host and answered any questions quickly. Great location with plenty of amenities for all ages.

Great Stay..too short a visit
Our stay at Beachwalk was wonderful !!! The unit was clean, comfortable and close to beach life and the resort. The internet access was an issue, but with Silvano's help we worked through it. We loved the use of the golf cart for getting around. This would be a spot we would definitely come back to. :)

Nice stay
We enjoyed our stay and had only a few nitpicky complaints. Dryer took hours to dry anything. Living room sofa def needs an update and the golf cart doesn’t have any kind of battery light indicating whether it was charged or not. The instructions said to make sure you saw a light on somewhere when charging but we never saw any kind of light indicating it was charging or not. Thankful we didn’t have any problems with it but def made it a concern when using it not knowing if it was gonna die at anytime. Other than that everything was great and I’d give it 4.5 stars. Owner was great to communicate with. Property was clean. Area was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay!

Midweek stay - beautiful weather. Cute condo - very clean. Golf cart was great. Been to Sandestin Resort so many times. I found this listing on VRBO and the price was much less than when I’ve rented through the resort. It’s close to (walking distance) from a couple of great restaurants- Maple Street Biscuits for breakfast and I can’t recommend Tuscany (dinner) enough. Property manager is responded quickly to any questions I had

Great location and so nice to have the golf cart!
Great location with easy access to Baytowne, beach access and plenty of restaurants. The golf cart is a huge perk for this! The only suggestions we have would be a thicker blanket/bedding in the secondary bedroom and adding some dark colored rags/towels for makeup removal or wiping hands since it's noted to please not use the white rags/towels. Overall great experience with everything we needed!

Great location
We loved the location of this property! 3 minute ride in the golf cart to the beach and with the owners tag on the cart we parked directly in front of The Beach House restaurant. Also just a 5 minute cart ride to the golf course and Baytowne Wharf. Right in front of the condo is a shopping center with several amazing restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Great value and wonderful location
Only a short golf cart trip to the whole beach and gulf experience. The townhome was super clean and had all the amenities one would need for a great vacation. The owner was super organized from the onset of reservation to having quick responses over text while enjoying the property. One of the best rentals in Destin!

Great location, good space, comfortable beds! Mold in one of the bathrooms, stingy with trash bags, detergent, TP, etc. A couple hundred higher per night than my friends paid for villas in same area just one set down each direction.

The villa was as described, clean, updated and comfortable. The golf cart was really nice to have to get around all the property and to the shopping center next to the north side of the property. I recommend this VRBO villa.

I believe the following items to to be addressed by the owner: 1-Provide written instructions for microwave,dishwasher, tv and VCR. 2-Provide written channel guide in living room. 3-Put non-slip mat in front bedroom bathtub. 4-Replace stove surface light. 5-Fix voltage meter on golf cart. Registers 0. 6-Provide instructions for golf cart battery charger. Charging meter read 0 and cord with lights in connection did not work. 6-Put decent handsoap/sanitizer in bathrooms. 7-Label light switches. 8-Clean grill. Very dirty. 9-Replace #7 on front of condo. Unreadable. 10-Bicycles in dire need of tuneup, rust removal and air in tires. 11-Unable to fully close front gate or open gate leading to chair storage area. Would not rent from this VRBO site again.
