"Overall I had a really good stay at the Roosters Rest! I booked myself a short trip for my birthday, and really enjoyed this cabin! It is so cute and cozy, and two of my favorite things was being close to the pasture and getting to see all the cows so close by and relaxing in the hot tub! My only small complaint would be that during my last night there the smoke detector went off and started beeping several times during the night, so it woke me up and I had to keep getting a broom to tap it...

"Absolutely loved the stay here. Arrived at the cabin and opened the door, and the absolutely clean and fresh smell was the first thing we noticed. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything you need to enjoy a quiet weekend is provided for you except for meals, and there are a variety of great places to eat nearby. 10 of 10 would rent again!"

"Beautiful cabin in the woods with all the amenities of home. Comfortable furniture, bed, great screened in room that was as clean as the inside of the house. Super location and excellent hosts. Thank you!"

"Perfect location to town, not too far up the mountain. Loved our stay at stoneridge cottage. It was such a charming rental with the most incredible sunsets! Also within walking distance to Brow Park. Note: there is no central AC so if you like to sleep cold, bring fans! The wall units worked pretty well but at night we still found it a little stuffy."

"My husband and I rented this cabin in the woods for a weekend trip and we loved it! The cabin itself is beautiful and uniquely decorated with creative and fun art designs in every room! Beautiful large windows allow plenty of light into each room. It’s the perfect location in a quiet and peaceful spot surrounded by trees and nature. It was the perfect place to unplug and enjoy each other’s company! We also got out and explored Mentone and visited local shops and restaurants. Everything is close...

"Sam the manager was great. I arrived early but was checked in immediately. He even moved his car to give me a shady spot to park! Facility was immaculately clean. Easy to get to from the interstate with plenty of eating and shopping options nearby. One quibble: The pool was closed. "
