Envision this...waking up to the sounds of exotic birds singing in the beautiful morning sunshine! You grab your cup of coffee and head down to your dock. While you are enjoying the serenity, you catch a glimpse of the manatee slowly sauntering past, or the fish jumping!

This is the perfect vacation rental home for your Florida journey. This ranch style home has all the comforts of your home.

Enjoy the comfortable, vacation living in our beautiful pool home located in the yacht club area of Cape Coral, on a canal, just MINUTES away from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This home features a large eat in kitchen, open concept family room with a large screen TV, a bright and attractively furnished enclosed lanai (games room), 3 spacious bedrooms and large 2 bathrooms.

The large master suite which opens to the lanai, features a cozy pillow-topped King size bed, an ensuite with a large walk-in tiled shower and a huge walk-in closet. Also, there are two further bedrooms, one featuring a Queen size bed and the third bedroom outfitted with 2 twin beds. No need to bring linens or go to the Laundromat...we have everything you need, just like home!

The fully equipped large open kitchen, which has a pass through to the games room, comes with all appliances (big and little) and of course a dishwasher! Everything you need - that's if you so wish to cook!

The pool area - with south western exposure - is fully screened, has a comfortable patio set, loungers and a large BBQ grill for everyone's enjoyment. The heated pool (electrically heated) features ceramic dolphins swimming and fibre optic lighting; choose your colour in the evening to set the mood! The pool overlooks the canal and the additional patio with boat dock; you can salt water fish off your own dock! This beautiful, waterfront home has direct access and is minutes away from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We have a 2021 - 22' Pontoon Boat available to those boating enthusiasts at an additional nominal weekly charge. We keep our weekly rate low and charge for electrical usage so those who are energy conscious SAVE money! We only charge for what is used and only at a rate of only 20 cents/KwH. A small electrical deposit is made with balance refunded within 10 days of departure.

This home is a 15 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Wonderful Golf courses are nearby! This is your home-away-from-home, so let the relaxation and fun begin! Once you have experienced a vacation in this home, we are sure it will be your favourite vacation spot for years to come. Call us for last minute deals!

Chilly Weather - Beautiful Home
The weather was cooler than usual but the house was very comfortable with a heated pool. We got to spend time visiting with family in the area. Vacation is always fun in Florida.

The first week the rental was everything we anticipated. Starting Saturday the 2nd week we were continually disturbed and inconvenienced by unannounced roof construction. The owner showed up unannounced in the morning (Saturday) and requested 2-3 hours worktime. I agreed to just that. Saturday's work lasted all day. It resumed on Tuesday and Thursday. At 7:30 am Tuesday, roof material was put on the roof. Friday at 7:30 AM a power wash truck showed up but was persuaded to leave. Saturday we lost water. Each day we had to leave in the afternoon because of privacy intrusion, noise, loss of driveway/garage and dirt. Eating out was the only option. The owner never responded to phone calls or emails that were sent all week. Thursday evening I spent 2 hours talking to VRBO. Their suggestion was to try and find a different place for the next 2 nights. We only had one day left so that would not work. At 9:15 March 16 owner shows and asks if we are ready to go, did we receive free week package from his wife? No, we handed over keys and left. Saturday we contacted VRBO again and was told there would be a group phone call including owner later that day. Still waiting. Now the owner says he is not charging me for "phantom" guests over the 2 weeks as consideration for the construction. Did he see something on his non-disclosed ring camera that I don't know about? Even if I tried to inform him, he was not responding. Bottom line: VRBO and owner are doing nothing.

Finding Serenity
Property was spotless. Beautifully furnished. Kitchen well equipped. Pool well maintained. We really appreciated the communication sith Nadia and attention to detail kept us well informed. Highly recommend the boat rental. We had a wonderful time cruising around and seeing the beautiful properties. We had a wonderful relaxing week of serenity.We would highly recommend this vacation property. Look forward to the opportunity to return to Cape Coral in the future.

We loved this vacation home! It is beautiful, clean, in a perfect location! The pool is amazing! We didn’t rent the boat but think that’s a great option! Nadia, is so quick at responding if you have questions and very kind! I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

Everything you could ask for!
We have vacationed twice a year for about 10 years and this was the BEST home and experience we've ever had! Nadia was prompt with every question i had, and just the sweetest! This home had everything and more! I really cannot express my gratitude!! You are missing out if you try and look elsewhere!! We were so close to EVERYTHING! The pool was amazing, the dock was fantastic!! We fished off it every night and caught several fish! So much more I would like to say, but i feel like it would take me all day!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful home Excellent location
This was our first time staying in Cape Coral and the location of the home put restaurants, bars and sightseeing within 6 minutes away. Pros: The kitchen is really fully stocked. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this exceeded them. They even have a few condiment's in the fridge. The kitchen and living room are beautiful. A lot of places to sit for meals and conversation. In the 3 bedrooms, two of them have TVs, the twin beds room does not. There is a queen bed and in the master there is a horrible king bed (more in Cons). Two full bathrooms. Bar soap inc. A lot of bath towels and pool towels, so don't bring any. The Sun room is another great area to hang out, maybe watch the rain from or play some of the many board games they supply. The pool is awesome. Screened in so there are NO bugs, flies etc. Lots of pool toys and a shaded area with table for 5. The dock is ok. Likely the next area to improve on with minor upgrades. The Pontoon Boat was prefect for us. Its an upgrade and you can rent it for 3 days if that' all you want. We later discovered many boat rental places and all in all, that would of been a better choice, as they have GPS , no docking and cleaning of boat after each use. Just get in a go. Cons: The Master bedroom mattress is horribly old and sinks to the middle. After two nights, we flipped it over (its a pillow top) which helped slightly. It needs to be replaced. The TVs will not get local live TV or live sports. Its all Roko TV Enjoy! Its great

Our favorite VRBO
This property is everything you will ever need. The home is very vacation friendly and the new updates were a great bonus. The location of the home is perfect. We were a 1/2 hour from Sanibel, Fort Myers and Matlacha/Pine Island. Great restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes. We rented the pontoon for the week as well. My daughter and husband fished off the dock most evenings and did catch some very unusual fish. The owners, Brad and Nadia, are easy to work with and a pleasure to have a conversation or two with. We will definitely be back to enjoy their little piece of heaven. Thank you for a great week, Brad and Nadia. Until next time...

Everything that you need for a great vacation!
Rent this place if you can. We were lucky to find it open due to a cancellation. So glad we did! Everything just renovated inside and it’s really nice. A pontoon boat is available also, so nice to have that right in your backyard. We hope this home is available next time we are in the area. Thanks so much to the owners!

Quiet and comfortable!
Oh this house has everything you need to enjoy a quiet neighborhood and a refreshing pool! Has pots and pans and everything you need to cook in. Brad and Nadia were prompt in their responses and very easy to work with! We only rented the boat for one day. If we would’ve stayed a little longer we would’ve rented the boat for more days as it was really fun to explore as we went over to Sanibel and Captiva! The house is clean although it is showing its age a little bit, but everything worked! The pool is on the west side of the house so you get some great afternoon sun! We came to rest after an exhausting work schedule and this served it’s purpose well!

Staying away from the ocean
I purposely chose a house not on the ocean..the ocean is a short 2 minute car drive. Shopping is within 15 minutes. The pool was nice. The pontoon looked nice. Overall it was a comfy home and very relaxing. Its away from the touristy stuff. Highly recommend.

Boater’s Paradise
The location is perfect and Nadia made everything real easy. Everything is close by and the boat is a great addition. The house and pool were perfect for us. You get a whole different perspective of the area from the water when out on the pontoon boat. I would stay again.
