Spacious Cozy Studio Pool/Spa Ultimate Location Walk to everything

Even if you book elsewhere on Fort Myers Beach, I thank you for your patronage to any place you choose to help us get back on our feet. Everyone on FMB is SO grateful for that! Bless you.

This unit has one king bed and is a newly renovated studio. It is 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars. Park your car and walk everywhere or Uber in. The street itself is a quiet retreat. This is a lower unit located on Carolina Avenue, FMB.
Please know we have acid washed the pool and have all new pool equipment. Unfortunately Ian stained the pool. I am told the stain may fade over time with the chemicals. If not, then I have to resurface the pool which is not an option now. The pool and spa can be heated. The spa/lights shut down at 10p.m. for the night due to FMB's noise ordinance. Charcoal BBQ by the pool and one by your entrance.

It all has been updated and has appliances for cooking anything. We provide beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, beach wagon, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, body soap, hand sanitizer, It is the downstairs unit and the pool is shared with the upstairs unit.

My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. The cost is $40.

Previous Reviews Misleading

Chose this listing based on previous reviews. Our experience didn't live up to the reviews. On the positive, communication was good, bed comfortable, studio clean with the exception of some ants. Walking distance from beach is .3 miles. On the negative, street still has a lot of reconstruction due to hurricane damage. Several lots directly across street are under construction with contractors running generator full time from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. 2) I should have looked at the kitchen photos better. With no cooktop or oven, I don't consider this as having a kitchen. There was a portable burner, but temp controls are iffy. 3) The cooler that was available to for beach was broken such that the top would not stay shut making it useless to keep ice from melting. 4) However, my biggest issue was with use of the pool. The pool is lovely and clean, but very small. When the owner said in the description that it is shared with the other unit, I thought that would mean another couple so maybe a total of 4 or 5 people. When we arrived at the pool, there were six people (5 adults and teenager) from the other unit in the pool. They were nice and made room for us, but when their two additional friends came over to make for 8 adults plus my husband and I, it was ridiculous. In addition, this other couple came with glass beer bottles (not allowed in a pool) and immediately started vaping. Pool was in monopolized by other unit both days of the weekend.

Comfy, perfect location near beach w/ private pool and spa

We could not have been happier. We've used VRBO many times, and we thought the move-in condition of this unit was the best we'd ever seen in a small, economical unit. Location so close to beach and Old San Carlos that no car is even necessary. A little noisy, due to re-construction on several other houses on the street. Ft. Myers Beach is still in rebuilding phase, but this unit is perfect right now.

Great place but hot tub does not work

We really l loved this place but the hot tub which was a main reason I chose this property did not work - it was the temperature of a pool in the ‘hot tub’. It said it gets as hot as 104 but we don’t believe it got above 97 degrees and was cooler than that most of the time so it could only be comfortably used when the sun was out and hot. We were also told this pool space would be private since no other tenants would be occupying the other rental units but my partner walked out to go to the pool with our dogs and the property owners cleaner, her friends, and about 6 children were using the pool for 4-5 hours. We just thought this was uncomfortable and rude given that we were told it would be private for us during this stay.

Wanted to get away from the cold Northeast!

For a quick 3 day trip to the beach this was the ideal spot .A beautiful beach community .The studio was immaculate, had everything you could need, pool ,hot tub, 5 min walk to beach and 5-10 min walk to some great beach bars and restaurants. No need for car . Great weather and friendly people.,Maria , thank you for a great first trip to FMB. See why you love it.You are a great host .Will be back. Would so recommend staying here .

2025 beach vacay

It was the perfect get away for myself and my husband. Location was perfect and we walked everywhere which was great with the heavy traffic on Estero. We did not use the pool or spa but it was very nice. So many extras, there was everything you would meed

Amazing getaway!

I just wanted to leave a review because I was truly blown away with this experience! The studio was clean and so close to everything. The hosts really know what they are doing because they thought of EVERYTHING!! The pool and the hot tub are a little tricky to navigate at first but once you get it there’s no issues. The shower nozzle was a little hard to turn but that was my only complaint, and it’s a silly one at that ;) Beach, restaurants, and shopping are all a 5-10 minute walk, and it’s all sidewalk! If you don’t want to walk there are golf cart shuttle services all over Fort Meyers. I will say though that the walk was super easy and I felt like a local within the first day! I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone, and my husband and I are already checking our calendars for our next trip.

Wonderful getaway

The studio was wonderful, clean and quiet. The hostess was very responsive, and went above and beyond, and used her knowledge of the area to offer us additional information. She had everything you could possibly think of for a nice day on the beach, which is just a couple blocks away. Beach chairs, umbrellas, even a wagon to carry it! The pool is small and so cute! Just enough, and has privacy in a little courtyard. This area is recovering from a hurricane, but the businesses were welcoming and doing their best to get back to normal. If you want a quiet, calm weekend on a beautiful beach, this is it!

Living so close to paradise

Needed a short and necessary getaway. And a fine getaway this was! I was a little anxious to see what Ft. Myers Beach looked like after the hurricane 2 years ago. What I found was this very nice little getaway at this location. It was spotless inside. The pool was fabulous.. I spent all day in it on Saturday! Everything is easily reachable and within walking distance. The owner was 100%awesome and the cleaning woman very polite and courteous. Strongly recommend this property and I will most assuredly stay there again!

The studio was clean, owner was nice. Easy to park. Close to the beach. Personal preference but no windows to see out. We didn’t use the pool it had to many personal items sitting around felt like we were intruding on someone’s space. Great weekend get away.
