Coral by the Sea B is a newly renovated 2 bed 1 bath duplex with a coastal flair located in mid-island. This property can be rented as the full 4 bedroom or can be separated into two 2-bedroom units, with no interior door connecting the units. Whip up a quick meal in the beautiful kitchen to take to the beach or unwind in the living room with a movie after a long day in the sun. The primary bedroom features a king bed and the guest bedroom offers 2 queen beds. A gorgeous bathroom features a walk-in shower with beautiful tile work. The shared backyard oasis features a putting green, basketball, and cornhole. Completing this home is a washer, dryer, and a few shared beach items for your added convenience. Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. Wonderful vrbo & vacation spot.
Very clean & convenient vrbo. We were happy to be able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Felt extra blessed to have beach amenities. The wagon , chairs, and umbrella were so special. We enjoyed the time we spent in this nice spot bed comfortable, nice furniture & backyard " toys " to play with.

Property was very nice and clean. Property owners were also easy to communicate with. Very close to beach. They need to have some cleaning products. Would have been nice to clean counters with something other than water.

Good place for beach time
My husband, 3 yr old and I stayed for 9 nights and felt that the property was good for easy beach access but lacking in home comforts. Suggestions to improve the experience: offer staples like cooking oil and garbage bags, provide regular size hand soap and dishwasher detergent instead of single use hotel sizes, add a few books and games, rethink the foam mattress toppers (my back is still killing me), and offer more flexible check-in. We arrived at 3:52 and had to stand around until 4 to enter the property, which was kinda lame. Good things - all the beach toys and chairs and wagon were great. The beach was just a couple minutes’ walk and I think it was the nicest stretch of beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants, playground, library, preserve boardwalk, and mound house. Tldr if you need a crash pad for beach time this place works great but not so much if you want a cozy home.

Amazing vacation spot!
My group of 6 came down to Fort Myers for a wedding and this was the perfect place for us! It was so close to the beach and had several restaurants and bars within walking/ short uber distance. The house included beach items that we couldn’t fit on our flight, which was so helpful and saved us money. There is only one bathroom but the outdoor shower helped us all get ready quickly. The hosts were so helpful in their quick replies. As well, they allowed us have a early check in and a late checkout which took away a lot of stress during getting there and leaving. We would all stay again!!!

Everything exceeded our expectations. Thre property is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just steps to the beach. Centrally located to Times Square of you want to visit but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The home was very clean. Amenities for the beach were wonderful. We greatly enjoyed the outside shower to rinse the sand!! Coral by the Sea has exceptional owners that went above and beyond at accommodating us. Thank you for a most wonderful stay!!!

This place will exceed your expectations. The home is beautiful, clean, well stocked for one or many; in my case a family of five with three children. Would definitely recommend and will be the first place I seek when traveling g back to fort Myers beach

Fantastic Ft. Myers Beach Duplex
Beautiful newly remodeled duplex has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Ft. Myers Beach. Location is great - only a mile south of the busier Times Square area, there are several good restaurants only blocks away. Two block walk to the beach. Rental is spotless and has very comfortable beds, large open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. Kitchen stocked with everything you need (plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cups, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc). Unit looks exactly like the pictures and is in a quiet, clean neighborhood. Nice large backyard with 8 person umbrella-covered table; beach chairs and beach cart and large storage box full of beach toys, shovels, pails, noodles, and boogie boards. Michael and Marie are extremely responsive to text or email if you have any questions. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Thank you Michael and Marie for sharing your home - we had a great time!

Great beach house!

Perfect & close to the Beach
This is a great location close to Junkanoo & 1 block walk to the beach. The owners were very accommodating allowing us early check in when we arrived ahead of time. It is nicely decorated and has all the essentials & a well stocked kitchen (even cooking spices) and grill. The back yard is nice with large patio for your dining. Owners are quick to reply to any questions and give helpful suggestions. They have a beach cart, chairs and beach toys as well. We will definitely keep in mind should we return to FMB!

Beautiful house walking distance to beach
This house has brand new everything inside! The house is in a great location just a few minutes walk to the beach. They have a beach cart for rolling chairs and beach toys which was very helpful. There is a great restaurant on the beach right across from the neighborhood where we have lunch everyday. The house was everything we could have wanted!

Coral by the Sea is a clean and nicely decorated place that is close to everything.
It is a truly a home away from home with everything a guest would need in ample supply. I only made a single trip to the store for food on the way to the beach, for a five-day stay. They have ample supply of linens and kitchen supplies. It is a cozy place that welcomes you in from the summer sun and provides comfort on those rainy days. Marie and Michael have put in the extra effort to make it a safe place to stay; leaving those concerns far from the minds of their guests. My son and I enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the near future.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The location of the house was perfect. It included everything we could ever need/ want.
