Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom waterfront condo, Work for home and 1 block from the beach! Sleeps 4 ( pullout couch in the living room)
Newly remodeled with brand new furniture.
The pool and patio are shared between 3 other condos on site. Space sleeps 4, queen size bed in the bedroom plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Beautiful 1 bedroom condo located directly on the intracoastal with a heated pool. This unit does not have water view from the condo BUT has amazing views of the intracoastal waterway from the patio/pool area. Enjoy watching the yachts sail by along with taking in amazing sunsets from the dock. Work from home, 1 block from the beach! Quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance to many shops and local amenities! Perfect for couples, young families and groups of friends traveling together.
Private entrance, full kitchen, free wifi, microwave, Keurig, plates and utensils, 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a beach wagon are also available inside the condo for use during your stay!

We own all 4 condos on the property that share the pool/patio and dock area.

The Master bedroom includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. For families with small children: in addition to the pack-n-play provided, we have toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books to help make our littlest guests more comfortable. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can enjoy watching your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat-screen. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on our patio area with our brand new grill. There is grocery delivery available, we can arrange to have the kitchen stocked with your favorites before your arrival. Please ask us about this! There are also some of the best local restaurants just minutes away!
There is a laundry room on-site available for guests to use.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire pool, patio, and dock area. Guest/ Self entry via a provided Code. The code will be provided on the day of check-in. Check-in 3pm & Check out 11am. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate early check-in or late checkouts at this time. Immediate Driving directions will be provided on the day of check-in. We will be available by phone or text for any questions or concerns, as we want you to have the best possible stay! Other things to note Pool and patio areas are shared with 3 other condos.

Pretty on the surface
We left this property before completing our stay because we found it unbearable. It seems they put all their effort into staging and none into making the property comfortable for use. There is no place to set a suitcase, no dresser to unpack or closet space to hang clothes. In addition, the mattress was so mushy with a large indent in the middle making it uncomfortable for more than one person.

Cute place, good location, terrible bed.
The bed was terribly uncomfortable, sags in the middle. Otherwise, the unit was cute, clean and in a good location. This unit (#3 and #4) does not lead right to the water, it is around back behind the other units of this 4 unit complex. Bathroom quite small.

The area is very clean and quiet. The place was very clean and cozy. One block from the beach and a nice 5 minute walk from all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, pizzerias, Publix, etc. I got more than I expected. On days when I did not want to go to the beach, because it was too windy or too hot, I stayed by the pool. The place itself is very nice and clean. It has dishes and a huge fridge. A microwave and a coffee maker. I will definitely be back and I already recommended it to friends.

Wonderful Stay
We were only there for 1 night. Everything was very nice and super clean and the location is great. My only problem was that I tried to reach the owner about parking because someone was parked in our assigned space, but i never received a response. Other than that everything was wondering.

Great location, quick walk to the beach!
Great owners/managers. Clean, quiet neighborhood with quick access to the beach. Owners are very responsive and easy to reach. Great getaway spot with a nice pool and lounging area to watch the boats come in and out.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt fast nichts. Für 2 Personen perfekt, mit 3 Personen ok aber da wird es schon eng mit den Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der kleine begehbare Kleiderschrank hat wenig Platz für Kleidung und dort sind auch noch die Liegestühle und der Strandtrolley aufbewahrt. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Schlafcouch, da diese defekt war. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Marilyn ging es aber ganz schnell und es wurde eine komplett neue Schlafcouch gebracht. Wirklich toll! Wir hatte einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Pompano beach stay
Nice condo/ mini house on a very quiet street and a very easy walk to the beach, with a great breach cart provided. The grocery store is a short walk and fully stocked. We ate at "lucky fish" and were satisfied. The pool area toward the canal, is very pleasant and fun to people/boat watch. The pull-out couch and sleeper was broken, so our teens slept on the floor. I wonder if this is a sign of the times, that prior renters did not want to say anything, because they were worried about being charged incidentals. I am sure it will be fixed, since the host was very receptive when I brought this up. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and very quiet. Could not ask for more of the master bedroom.

Stayed here for 1 week and the best part was the backyard pool and canal - morning coffee watching the many boats go by. Close proximity to the beach, although the beach is 4 blocks away, it’s still a short walk. The pier is definitely not to be missed, especially at night, if you walk to the edge you’ll feel like your at the tip of a ship like Leo was in Titanic!! Great property, will definitely be back!!

Pompano Peach!
It was our first visit to Pompano Beach we loved our accommodations. The condo was right on the intracoastal and sitting outside and watching the boats go by was wonderful. Interacting with others staying there was interesting as we shared information about the area. The short walk to the beach and Pier was great. Great Place in Pompano Beach
We have a fabulous stay at this property! The location is great - only 2 blocks to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area and cute decor! We enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the boats go by on the intracoastal. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Pompano Beach! Marilyn & Boris responded promptly and were very helpful when we had to stay an extra day due to our flight being cancelled.

Nice Property
We had a nice stay in the apartment. We only realized later that it was not a holiday home but a house with 4 apartments, which were built separately from each other. So we didn't have the pool to ourselves. But that wasn't a big deal, because the guests who were there were all very nice and reserved, and most of them were only there for 1 or 2 days. The view of the water is priceless. The apartment's furnishings are modern and appropriate. We weren't so happy with the bed because the mattress was very sagging, so we always had to lie in a hollow... What we were also missing was a closet or chest of drawers where we could store our clothes. Because you don't like living out of a suitcase for a week or longer. The storage room had clothes hangers, but the room was too dirty (dust, etc.) for us to want to store our clothes there. The space in the bathroom to store his cosmetics was also too small, a shelf on the wall would help. Otherwise we really liked it because the location is just great!

Great location and super clean!
We loved the pool right on the waterway! The beach was a short walk. Very convenient for a concert at Pompano Beach Amphitheater. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
