Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice place

Lots of room, great spot to entertain our family. Pool was nice, had a little debris of like some leaves that came with some wind but that was something we raked up with their net really easily. Would recommend and come back again

There was feces in the pool, filthy and not functional

Upon arrival, the pool was absolutely disgusting. It was not filtering the water and the pool cleaner was not working. After further inspection, it was noted that there was feces on the steps. I contacted the 24 hour help line several times starting on Friday and was told by a that the local management company would contact me. It took several text messages to the help line and each time I had to start over. The help line would not give me a name or a number to contact. I was promised someone would come the very next day to fix the situation. This did not happen. I received no phone call and when we returned from our event, there was even more feces in the pool. Either a dog or a human is intentionally dumping waste into the pool. I did not get to speak to a human until 1130pm on the second day of our stay when I insisted talking to a manager. We were leaving at 8am the next day, so fixing the pool was a mute point. How would I have allowed the children to swim in that pool even if it was cleaned and made functional? I have been promised restitution, but any refund would need to be processed through the local company. I have no faith that this will occur when the report of feces in the pool was ignored. It cost me close to 1k and we didn't even get to use the pool. I feel completely unheard by the local management company and I'm very upset for the homeowner. I hope this message gets to them and they know how horribly their home is being managed.

poorly managed

took 3 days to fix ac mold in shower and shower curtain no property manager available 4 leaks from roof 1 bedroom full of dead bugs and bug bomb on floor doubt tile floor was mopped - only broomed pool bottom not cleaned trash cans full - should have been emptied by previous tenant - or by cleaning crew broken leg on ottoman broken right armrest on chair in gameroom difficult to access washer and dryer carport gutter overflowed after talking with neighbor, who was friend of owner, he gave me owners number and we connected - owner was furious. AI system worthless - had to demand to talk to service rep and finally got things going after 3 days. welcome book worthless and inaccurate - property manager in book no longer worked for Vacasa owner called me and i told him about all the problems - he was upset and unaware of problems - he flew down to investigate right after we left. all I can say is that he is upset about the condition of the roof. after owner and rep got involved - any problems got taken care of same day we should be given a full refund the few good things - really liked house layout except for washer-dryer setup - liked the pool after i ran the auto bot cleaner - appliances were nice - dishwasher needs reset to get door aligned properly - plenty of hot water i probably could write more but i won't except to say that i sincerely feel the owner was blindsided and his genuine concern manifested itself in the fact that he flew down within days of being contacted

Home Away From Home

Beautiful Location. Clean, spacious and excellent home. We are a group of 5 and we had more than enough rooms. Suitable for 8 adults and 3-6 kids. I will definitely consider going to stay there with my family again.
