Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, balcony, Wi-Fi, limited parking (3 Cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The neighborhood around the home is called Landings. It is a peaceful and safe neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Here are some additional tips around the area:

-Visit the nearby Pizza on the Beach, an eatery known for its delicious pizza and beachfront location. It has a 4.1 star rating on Google Maps.
-Take your family to Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, a lively chain featuring Italian standards such as pastas and salads. It has a 4.3 star rating on Google Maps.
-Enjoy the outdoors at El Prado Park, a cozy local park overlooking the sea, with shaded seating, paved walkways, and a grassy lawn. It has a 4.7 star rating on Google Maps.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The standard security deposit for our rental is $1,500 which is required prior to your arrival.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

A $3,000 security deposit is required for any bookings made on the same day as your check-in.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
