Dine at the table for 10 in the dining room or opt for a more casual setting outside. The spacious floor plan features one full master suite with a walk-in-closet and a full bathroom double sink vanity and a modern shower. The other three bedrooms are furnished with queen beds offering room for everyone.
The second bathroom is equipped with double sink vanity, luxury fixtures and a contemporary frame-less shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with TVs. There is a bigger TV in the living room area including two sectional sofas where you can relax.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with built-in oven, stove top natural gas, microwave, mini bar fridge, dishwasher and french door refrigerator with water & ice maker. Plenty of small appliances including a Keurig and a regular coffee makers.
The garage was converted to an inviting play-room equipped with a ping pong table, a dart board and a table for for kids play games. We provide wooded games to enjoy in raining days.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, large cooler, and kids toys are provided.

After booking confirmation guest needs to:
1. Sign a sort-term rental agreement and pool liability waiver.
2. Provide a valid form of ID of primary guests and a list of first/last names/DOB of all occupants.
House Rules:
1. Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Should Guest violate this rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $300 environment cleaning fee will be charged.
2. The guest shall use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
3. All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered.
4. Trash fee of $80 will be charged if garbage bins are not taken out the days of collection (2 times per week).
5. Quiet hours: 9 PM to 9 AM.
